Skarlet is much better than I expected her to be. Love the way they did her with the exception of the Blood ball, which is still really terrible. Her teleport is pretty cool though
 
Skarlet UMK3 "classic" costume?

What do you think the chances are that we get a UMK3-style "classic" custome for Skarlet?

I second that, but will not happen, because Skarlet is a very new fresh character done exclusively and for the very first time with a concrete form, for , MK 2011, with no room in old MK3 .... sure she could look so damn sexy and cool in the classic UMK3, but, I have my doubts if NRS is considering the idea ....

Ermac got a klassic MK1 costume like Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Reptile despite only being rumored in MK1, but he was an established kombatant long before Skarlet, so I'm not sure. I suggested this last week along with a light blue palette-swapped version of Cyrax's and Sektor's klassic MK3 costumes for Cyber Subby.

yeah, a blue version of Cyrax/Sektor classic UMK3 costume, made for CSZ, in this game (MK 2011), could be a very cool DLC stuff to buy ! CSZ need something, since he is the only one who lacks an alternate, so, I second the idea for him having something, like a classic UMK3 costume.

Yea I said I wanted Cyber Sub to have a UMK3 outfit in my earlier post but I'm kind of doubting it because he wasn't in UMK3 so if they do add it I would be very happy

I think we have a better chance of getting an Mk2 classic for skarlet then an Umk3 classic and Im pretty sure that the odds of getting an Mk2 classic is pretty slim

I dont like classic costumes, why would I prefer a simple and boring costume over the detailed great outfits that NRS made for this game?... I played MK2 and UMK3 when i was 5 in my Sega Genesis and i was raised with the 2D games but still I dont follow that nostalgic crap. My opinion is no, classic costumes look retarded, but if Ermac recieved one, Skarlet and CyberZero could too.

Ok an smoke and noob fan will tell you this, How can a tiny smoke cloud teleport you? How the hell can a shadow tackle you? and now examples of 2 character i dont like Sindel and Sonya how can a yell explote your head? and how can a "kiss" stun you?

Is MK man, everything is possible... Dont be so "scientist" in this stuff...

You know guys, honestly. I just want this franchise to stay strong for a long time and I want them to keep pumping out DLC as much as they can so I'm gonna buy everything they throw at us regardless of what or how much it is. I dont want them to wait until next game to give us the better shit. I have a feeling if their DLC sells well and stays popular, they will give us stuff like Brutalities,Vs CPU and Survivor mode,Friendships,etc..

Yeah, because Sub-Zero never used a blue costume because of his ice powers and Reptile never used a green costume due to being a... Green reptile.

I like her more than I did before. I really didn't care for her earlier. Now that I have seen the trailer I like the little unique touch they gave her with her blood related moves. Makes a lot of since since her name is Skarlett. I am pretty interested in seeing how she fits into the story. I am still a lot more stoked to see Kenshi though.

That trailer was really awesome. She has some really Kunai moves and her presentation is perfect, making her the second perfect character in terms of presentation besides Stryker. Although the two fatalities aren't finished yet but I am very positive that she will be my favourite character :)

Can't wait for the E3 footage.
