xbox 360 memory card problem

I bought a 16gb lexar memory stick, to add more memory to my new 4gb console. The console was the holiday kinect bundle that came with fruit ninja and the gunstringer. Fruit ninja was not very big, so it could fit on the hard drive just fine. The problem i am having is that I downloaded the gunstringer to the thumg drive (as it was too big to fit in the hard drive,) last night after configuring the thumb drive. I put some other settings on the drive, but this morning, everything is gone. I though I could re-configure the thumb drive, but it just starts empty.

anyone know what I can do? It's like I can download the game fine, but the second I turn the console off, everything goes away.
 
If you mean a Usb memory stick i think you mess up with the Xbox data. When you configure the usb from the Xbox 360 for use you need a program to see it from the pc, if for ex you configure it at 16 GB and put at your pc you will see that you have only 3mb free. To see the files from the Xbox download Modio and USBXTAFGUI and see some tutorial from youtube how to navigate on this folders if you don't know and also don't put extra folders from the pc in this stick because it will might mess up with the hidden data from Xbox.
