I think it was confirmed that the woman in jade's ending was Delia. I may add those dont look similar, ashrah looks like a travesti.
 
I only said "i think" because i read it somewhere but dont rember exactly where or when, sorry for being human... I really dont know who it is but im 100% sure she is not Ashrah.
 
Who is Delia?

I thought it was most likely Tanya or maybe Li Mei just cos I think she kinda looks like her. Whoever she is she looks pretty awesome and I like the story, I hope Jade's ending is canon so we will see this continue in the next game

Re-imagined = not happen, or she wants Shao Kahn back alive

And having her body possessed by this person has a very serious sinister undertone. There is no way this character is any of the hero types we've seen before ... though that should be obvious since neither Ashrah nor Li Mei can possess others ...
 
Delia:Delia is wearing a red outfit and you can't see her eyes, I don't see how that looks like her in any way...But it COULD be her in a new Outfit, But if it was delia, wouldn't it Say her name?
Ashrah:I see the Possibility, the way her outfit is, and the Possess body thing reminds me of Her Voodoo Doll Fatality.

Other than them, It could be a random New character for MK10 or just a Random Cameo, Etc...
 
I think its definitely Ashrah, cause remember in the Armageddon ending for Ashrah, she transcended into a being of light (so maybe the "green" skin that everyone is referring to is actually just glowly effects of the light)... i think she possessed Jade so that she can go after her main target Quan Chi.

Possible but technically speaking "reimagined" would mean imagine his death again. Which would make sense considering Jade is not able to properly kill Khan in the first place (just as Liu Kang wasn't). She hardly looks sinister, but also looks powerful with a nice design for possible sequel material...

Last part doesn't apply to me though, I never thought she was a past character. More like a new character all together.
 
I think it is Ashrah as well. Ashrah was a Demon from the netherrealm and follower of the brotherhood of shadow. When she refused one of quan chis orders she was marked for death. Trying to escape the netherrealm she found a sword called the Kriss which purified its user with each demon slain. After thwarting her assasination she escaped to edenia. Making it her mission to slay demons until she is purified completely. In her armageddon ending she transcends her demon form and becomes a being of light. Making it her mission to find and destroy Shinnok the fallen elder god and Quan-Chi the man who would see her killed and all who follow them.
