Why isn't Rain included in the official Leaderboards' favourite character list? LOL

I see they started (again) the list and I can see DLC character surpassing Sheeva's position, however, why did NRS exclude Rain from there?

Nobody will convince me Sindel is the 2nd least played character online. It's been a Sindel spam fest lately! I can honestly say I play now as much Sindels as Scorpions :/ Am I the only one in this situation?
