WHO is the BEST Mortal Kombat BOSS?

Them screwing each other leads to a whole different story. I might be wrong but didn't Quan Chi get the real amulet during MK4. Never understood why he had it in MK9.

Seems to be a reoccuring error... they did the same thing in MKSM where in the end he makes a cameo picking up the Amulet. Obviously that was during the MK2 timeline.

Thank god for the reboot.

And I think this is why some people are questioning the entire time line. The fact that he appeared at the first tournament AND had the amulet kinda raises flags and makes you question the current pre-mk1 time-line. If MK:SZM played out like it did originally.. why was Quan Chi at the first tournament and WHY in the hell does he have the amulet! Not only that, Sub-Zero and Raiden (the two primary "heroes" from that game) don't give him or the amulet a second glance. All is not as it appears. I bet Shinnok sent himself visions just as Raiden did.

True, but MK:SM has been long regarded as non-canon

Yeah I know, I am just saying I don't think NRS has even recognized the issue. They probably haven't realized the whole Amulet's existence isn't matching up game to game.

That's a crazy thought. Maybe Shinnok DID send himself visions, gave Quan Chi the false Amulet now that he realized he was bamboozled in the original timeline and has the authentic one. That would be pretty insane, seeing Quan Chi get... well, out-Quan Chi'd.

Nahhh, I dunno if I'd go that far. Not saying it's not impossible.. But let's hope not haha

It would be insane. And satisfying beyond all belief. I desperately wanna see that fool get blowed up. Even if he is one of MKs best villains.

Yeah, honestly, I hope they have noticed it just chose to make MKSM sketchy like that since it isn't canon anyways. They're probably just having fun with it.

And I agree. I would love to see Shinnok be given more credit and importance, and see Quan Chi get fooled once in the damn series lol

Even Rick Harrison can tell that Shinnok has a counterfeit amulet.

you havnt even seen Shinnoks amulet yet.

Thatd be kinda lame if he ended up with the fake amulet again....i thought we were doing new stories, not old MK4 stories

anyway, im going with Shinnok as the best boss....its just my personal preference....even though he sucked in MK4, hes still one of the most powerful characters in all of mortal kombat.
if im not mistaken, hes responsible for Quan Chi being as powerful as he is.

BOSSES
1. Shao Kahn MK2 - just the whole athmosphere and the introduction of Shao Kahn made me a Mortal Kombat fan
2. Onaga MKD - IMO on the highest difficulty, he was the most difficult MK boss ever
3. Shang Tsung MK1 - classic

SUB-BOSSES
1. Motaro MK3 - I wish they would bring him back, but Ed already confirmed he will not be in MKX...Motaro has the potential to be an amazing sub-boss
2. Moloch MKDA - Always liked Moloch, it was a refreshing change from Goro, I hope he is the sub-boss of MKX
3. Goro/Kintaro - can't decide who I liked more
