Which evil character should turn good?

Which evil character do you think should turn good in Mortal Kombat X? I won't mind seeing Reptile become a good guy. Maybe Reptile learns the truth that Shao Kahn destroyed his realm of Zaterra and decides to switch allegiances. Raiden could make the same offer he made to scorpion to bring his race back. I won't mind seeing Ermac and Cyrax become good similar how they did in the original timeline.

Sorry if this thread has been made before since I was unable to find it in the search bar.
 
Reptile- definitely would love to see him set out on his own and stop being a lackey. I think his character would be stronger this way

Cyrax- Would liek to see how this came about, we all know it happens but would like to see HOW it happened

Ermac- Now out of Shao Kahn's control, joining the good side bc they soo desperately need warriors on their side lol

Reiko- IF he is to be in the game, i would like to see him fight on the side of good...of course he has his own motives for doing so!

Kano- LONG LONG LONG stretch but for him to change sides bc he no longer has a place in Outworld and to try to atone for his sins...still the vicious Kano we know, but just on the side of good...or is he?

Lol jdnice I really doubt that Kano would ever turn good :laugh:.
If it ever came to terms, I could see Kano turning to the "good" side only if it were temporary and that he could get a sweet deal out of it.

Uhh I would like to see Noob, Reptile, Ermac (like you guys said) and I guess Shang Tsung.
 
I can't see Shang Tsung and Kano becoming good. Those two are often view as the evil faces of Mortal Kombat. To me, Shang Tsung going good is like seeing The Joker becoming a good guy.

Sorry, I meant good as in, "We need to stop this guy. I still hate you all," type of good.
I'm just speculating but I think Shang Tsung is salty about how both Shao Kahn and Quan Chi shafted him MK9.

With no tyrant to return to, Shang Tsung shall scheme his way into victory (if he's still alive in MKX)
 
I agree, I think it'd be cool if Ermac somehow turned good. Maybe one of the souls (presumably Sindel's husband) becomes predominant like in either Kitana's, Ermac's or Sindel's ending (I forgot lol).

Cyrax turned good after Sonya and Jax helped him.
They were a little preoccupied at the end of MK9, especially since one of them was dead and the other was busy getting some super star dick.


Reiko I think is much better as a ruthless general than a goodie two shoes.


Ermac is cool as a good guy, but that King Jerrod bullshit must never happen. It would take away from Ermac's dope ass "We are many" story arc.


I wouldn't mind seeing Goro turn good. He did do it briefly after MK4. Plus, how badass would it be to see a cutscene where Goro takes on Moloch?

No, I get why he's still evil as of MK9. I'm just bit***** out loud for no good reason. *shrug*

Also, I agree on Reiko. I wouldn't like seeing him go good.
 
Ermac should go good again, he's a cool ass character, I like those characters who you'd assume to be evil are actually good, Scorpion is my favorite, even though he's not evil, I think it's be cool if he helped the good side a little more, I love that he's only there for himself though

i really like this idea. i also want Moloch back. i highly doubt he'll be back though, do to his relationship with Drahmin. i hate boons unnecessary hate towards him.
 
If you asked me this around the time of DA and/or Deception's releases, I would've said Shao Kahn, due to the circumstances surrounding his fate at the time. Since Shao Kahn turning good was taken out of the question upon the GameCube release of Deception, and since I now think he is too far gone to ever turn good...

I'm gonna have to go with Ermac. His ending reveals that one of the souls he has is that of the late great Edenian King Jerrod, and Shao Kahn is dead. He's turned good before, too.

I don't want Noob Saibot to go "good". That would really suck. However, I want his MK9 ending coming true. I want it to be a the enemy of my enemy is my friend sort of thing.

Sub-Zero and Scorpion beat Shinnok and Quan Chi (killing Quan Chi in the process) in comes Noob Saibot to finish the job on Shinnok killing him too. Noob then takes over the netherealm. It just makes sense to me.
 
Ermac, 100%. Cyrax as well, but I don't want him being the "lost soul" that he was in the Original Timeline and always getting himself into shitty situations. Also seeing Shang Tsung as the anti-hero like in his MK9 ending would be nice, but I don't see it happening in canon.

Ok First of All, i see someone was listening to Bray Wyatt last night

2nd, Scorpion is an "Evil" character, he is more Neutral. Yes he tends to side with evil characters but thats bc they promise his he will have his vengence or bc he is under their control.

but i do agree the Scorpion & Sub rivalry has to come to an end.
 
Ermac fo sho and I think it will happen... eventually.

But what about Tanya, Frost and Skarlet? Possible... or?
