Well some of the speculation that I've seen is that during a fatality she will run away while the big guy gets murdered. Which I think would be funny and a good way around it.
 
Skyrim was originally going to let you murder children, but they cut it out.

Like everyone else said, she likely runs away. They'd have to remake all of the fatality animations to work on her.

Right but the mere fact of including her in a fight to the death in the first place might set the media off/put pressure on the ESRB.

Let's not forget that Tecmo-Koei had to change the ages of the Kunoichi in DOA due to the fact that their outfits were too skimpy for girls of their age, according to the ESRB.

And Marie Rose's age in the American version is "18" but its 14 in the Japanese version since their laws are way different than ours lol

Exactly, that's what I'm trying to say, shit is more restrictive here. I doubt they'd risk using a child in a bloody, gory battle.
