TRMK's Goro Rebirth Concept Contest Results

This Kontest was a very good idea ! It's like playing Mortal Kombat online : sometime you fight against someone much better than you, who gets 10 win in a row, with 3 perfects and 2 babalities !

I just hope that someday "Mortal Kombat Rebirth" will become a real full lenght movie, with a strong and weird Goro character !

I'm pretty sure we'll see something like it at some point. I have a feeling that MK will prove really successful, so a new movie is inevitable, especially considering Netherrealm's parent company.

I doubt it will be quite as realistic as the Rebirth idea, tho.
 
I did mine in a rush and it ended up being one of the worst . Congratulations for the top 3 . Thnx TRMK for being the leading MK-source and for throwing away some good stuff .

I'm a little late to post, but I'd like to say thanks to TRMK and all for putting up this awesome contest. Congrats to the winners! Hope to see more contests in the future! :) My entry was #61 btw.
 
The contest was an awesome way to see what people came up with, but I hope that the "Rebirth" movie pitch never sees the light of day.

You can't have a reallistic type of MK movie, without SOME fantasy elements thrown in there.

Sure, it can be dark and gritty.
I'm all for "dark and gritty" when it comes to MK, but they should also give it the fantasy elements, that MK is known for.
