I ordered the premium edition of MKA for Ps2 from game stop, I was charged for it. but I only got the original (i pre-ordered it about a week before release)

Further more, I e-mailed them, asking if I could send the one i got back for the one I ordered, and I haven't gotten a response! (month of sending them emails)
 
how about calling them directly, or taking it to a local gamestop with proof of order slips. i'm sure they'd exchange it for you. it is afterall the same store.
 
damn that sucks. i'm luckier than i thought. i've got 3 EBGames, 2 Gamestops, GamesXchange, and several major department stores including 2 Best Buys, all within 30 minute driving radius of my house. That sucks dude.
 
Whoa crap that does suck for you.Yeah I would call,if they start acting gay then I would get my money back and try going somewhere else thats if there is somewhere else.

Dude, I had a problem with gamestop too, except my dad reserved a 360 in November for Christmas and they never had one held to the side for him to pick up!!! The only thing he had to do was get his reserve money back :(
Well, I hope your problem gets resolved, so you don't have to go postal on there asses :)
