Hey there folks! For those who don't know, I'm working on a comic book series called The Merk set in modern-day Chicago! It's the story of a 17 year old boy who runs away from home after being scolded by his parents for standing up for himself when a bully assaults him. With the help of his best friend Miguel, the two begin a quest for justice in Chicago and make a few friends as well as plenty of enemies!
So without further ado (adue? lol) I present The Merk's villains!

Pimp kaine
It's hard out there for a pimp... Especially if The Merk is there to foil your pimpish plans. Pimp Kaine is The Merk's daily catch and least threatening enemy, while also the most hilarious.

Bozack Jack
A high class mercenary hired by Tony Nevada to deal with some vigilante trying to clean up Tony's streets. Bozack Jack has been eyeballing Tony's seat as the lead Chicago crime boss for years. The Merk is targeted by Bozack Jack, in thinking that HE is the vigilante that he was hired to wipe out.

Antonio Nevada
Top criminal mastermind in all of Chicago, Tony Nevada is feared by many and opposed by few. Including his own daughter, Maria Nevada... Recently he has taken notice to some of his organized crime going down the shitter and decides to call in some "professional" help to clean up the mess.

Abbadon, The Angel of Destruction
This skilled robotics expert was caught in an "accident" that had rooted from corporate espionage, determined to prove that the whole of humanity is rotten and that it deserves extinction, Abbadon kidnaps The Merk and forces him into a series of chambers to test his physical, mental and moral abilities. Will he prove humanity's worth? Or will he only supplement Abbadon's hunger for destruction!?

Yup hahaha I've got everything set & I'm actually getting the final version of the story looked at by a publisher soon! :D I'm so excited!!!
 
Pretty good artwork. However, what's up with the Tony Montana ripoff? I mean, his name and appearance is too similar, you may be dealing with copyright problems...
 
Yeah that's a little joke character I wanted to include in this lol, a while back I was really into [MyWay] Entertainment's youtube videos and I wanted to have some of their characters be "easter eggs" (kind of) in The Merk. So I asked permission & I was allowed to use them so long as they aren't there for very long... So they're getting killed off lol.
When I was designing Tony, I wanted to stay as true to the videos he appeared in as I possibly could & the guy was wearing a Tony Montana Halloween costume so you see where that puts me, but I have taken that into consideration & I'm trying to figure out a way to make him a little more original without taking away from the spoof character that he is. Also when I was drawing him I forgot to add a gut lol.
 
oh ok. As long as you have permission it should be fine. I just hope you don't get your comic published due to stupid technicalities like that.
