Stupid, scary crap.

Some things are scary, and some things are just plain stupid, but the thing that's scary and stupid, are those gay websites that scare the crap out of you! You know, where it says something like, stare at the picture and you will see a hidden image, or some crap like that, and then the most terrifying, satanic picture pops up and SCREAMS! God, I hate those!
Like, there was this one, called Subliminal Images And Messages, where they show you two subliminal images, then they play a song backwards, and you hear the Lord's Prayer in the background, it plays it quietly, so you turn up your speakers, and around the "Thy Kingdom Come" part, these demonic pictures pop up! I fell backwards in my desk chair!
 
If I knew any Bible thumpers whom I wanted to keep on their toes, that would be a pretty good way of doing it...

Other than that though, I sort of agree it's an aquired taste (and by now known well enough to be kind of predictable).

Yeah, I see what you mean. It's a stupid thing, though. I'm scarred for life, I'm too afraid to go onto certain websites now, I'm afraid that something will pop out at me, and give me a heart attack or something. :lol:
 
You should check the URLs for that stuff, they usually have "sabotage" somewhere in the address. I understand, though. After I walked into a few of those I was a bit paranoid about clicking on links in boredom sites.

Yeah, that mkes the two of us. The first one was cool, the next few was lame, after a while it got annoying and eventually I was able to predict this stupid crap before it happened.
 
There's a couple that I have come across: One's a Where's Waldo thing and the other is some sort of Comparison picture. They both give you a minute to find them, and after the minute, a demon face pops out with blood-curdling scream behind it.

Sorry if I bumped, but i saw a new one, where you stare at a Optical Illusion and picture of some fat lady's ass pops up, that one was kinda funny, but those other one just scare me.
 
i saw that too. i also saw one where there was this burned down appartment and u had to stare at this blue curtain for a minute then suddenly a ghost pops out.

EDIT- i just braved another one. and i found out something. they arent demon pictures at all. there just pitures of people and they just photoshoped it or something. one more thing, i remember someone else posted one long ago, and he claimed there was MKD cheat codes at the end, and there was just some car ride, and then some, puppet comes out to scare u.

I've seen that and it scared the crap outta me the first time through. Now and then it gives me a jolt when I come across it without knowing.
 
There was an flash game I was playing a few months back called Ex Mortis (Might've been on Newgrounds), and there were two ending choices. When you picked to join the bad guy, you'd see pictures of Armaggedeon. When you chose to run, you would click as fast as you could on the hallways so you could escape. Once you finally got out of this house place, you walk through the forest and a guy jumps out of nowhere and your character falls back and hits his head on a rock.

My experience. its 2 a.m...I'm tired, but i'm still playing this game. I finally escape the house, and put my head near the screen. Of course, my speakers are turned up an ungodly amount, and out of nowhere, BAM, the guy pops up, i fling myself back, and break the back of my shitty chair.

Sleep is good. :)

That was the first one I've evre seen, it didn't have any sound, though, did it?

not sure though but it woulden't have been nearly as scarey without sound would it? a little but not very

He probably had a heart attack, I used to like watching those, cuz it gave me energy, but I don't like em anymore, since they catch you off guard
 
uggg i hates em

im the kinda guy who ca watch movies like dawn of the dead but if i see something disturbing or read something disturbing keeps thinking about it and just can't fall asleep :( happend 2 days ago reading red dragon

well, there was no sound. so thank god. the funny thing though, that was the first one i ever saw also..
