damn it. we seem to get another boring character jaqui. like it is not enough that we have the most boring thing cassie and now we gonna get another female character who is just as boring as cassie. all the new characters so far are females except kotal. i want new male characters.

Not really.
It just says that he wants to be more of a leader and not a "conqueror," but it doesn't mean that he won't be an evil leader.

This is honestly my favorite thing to come out for this game.

I love how much of a funkin' hardass they're making Goro look again.

And yet, the rest of that quote, and everything else he and people at NRS have said about the character, really suggests he won't be some mustache-twirling fiend. The fact that he'll be a leader and not a conqueror already says a lot about what kind of character he'll be.
 
And the whole thing about him "Suffering an unimaginable loss" says something as well. NRS never tries to go the sympathetic route for their villains. You've never heard Quan Chi say "What about how I feel" or Shao Kahn confess that he was touched as a boy.

Omg! This is freaking hilarious dude. Poor child version of Shao Kahn. Seriously though, I agree with you about Kotal Kahn. I love his story, character, and gameplay. He's pretty epic. I think all the new characters fit, but Kotal Kahn makes the most sense. Then again we don't know much about Ferra/Torr and D'Vorah either.

Anyway, I'm excited about Jaqui. I just hope she's more interesting than her father.
 
1-2 childs are enough really, i don't want to see alot of spots to be childs of already existed characters...as far as i remember it was "best fighters of Earthrealm vs best fighters of another realms", not "the kids of previous great fighters generation", i'd like to see the new earthrealm characters to be based on the most famous fighters of 2000s, like Liu Kang was based on one of the best fighters of all time - Bruce Lee, Cage was based on Van Damme, and Sonya on Cynthia Rothrock - Ronda Rousey, Anderson Silva, Donni Yen should be the prototypes for new earthrealm "champions"
 
I'm so hyped up to read that issue. Been waiting a while on it.

I really hope it opens the door for Goro to start evolving. I'm sick of the way Goro has been portrayed post MK4.
Kintaro supposedly leads a Shokan uprising in later issues. I could see the Shokan getting mostly slaughtered, with Kintaro being left to blame.

Goro vs Kintaro!

Then, when Goro has lost everything, Raiden shows up and asks for his help.

I hope all of the new characters are female just to piss you off. We barely have any female characters in the Mortal Kombat universe compared to men anyways

Am not sexist. And so far we have enough females: cassie kitana ferra dvorah and jaquie mileena possibly so 6 females and probably we get 2 more and that is enough females. I want unique characters and male characters since male characters always more interesting.
