So I'm pretty upset

Not to go off-topic, but I think Sub is a lot better than he was in the demo. All four demo characters from the demo got tweaks, sadly Johnny's was detrimental.

I couldn't get my hands off Subby for hours in the training mode, he's just so damn fun. His more basic combos (punch-sword, ball, punch-sword, slide, for example) are incredibly easy to pull off but if you want to use the best combos and juggle as much as you can he's actually pretty challenging; the damage is kinda low though, imo. Feels a lot like Kabal in terms of execution, which is my 2nd, although Kabal has way betteer damage scaling and is a lot easier to use in general (lol @ air blast's cast speed)
 
Ive found Liu Kang is my best for juggling and he has some insane juggle combos that never seem to end lol

But Noob I was good with him but now I cant seem to pull of combos on ppl because their strikes always land first I dont understand it!? Any suggestions? Should I use the unblockable cloud on them first?
 
this is a little bit dissapointing... dont throw your favorite character away just because they nerfed him or what not... too many ppl look for easy mode characters... pick your character... get good with him, and nothing else matters.

My main is kano, and my Alt is Jax r, and Im going to pick up baraka as weel... are they the best characters? no... do they suck compared to some of the other characters? yes... but i can win with them

pick your character and work at it.. dont just give up

the Johnny Cages I've played so far, have been so sick, and they are very hard to beat.. so he can be a nasty character


oh and tier list are crap anyway...
 
After reconsidering it, I'm sticking with JC. I've modified my juggles and have a whole new approach on how to play him. I went on a winning streak today ending the day at 14-3 on ranked online. Should have been 17-3 but what can you do about those ragequitters. Also, NRS should note that people who unplug their modem don't get anything but a +1 to their disconnect count. Kinda lame but oh well, scrubs of the week is coming soon and I hope they're happy seeing themselves on there.
