Just to clarify, yes I'm well aware that everything I typed is complete and utter nonsense with regards to the Midway approved Mortal Kombat video game storyline. As you'll note from the dictionary.com link in my following post, I was utilizing a form of humor known in some circles as "sarcasm".
I was poking fun at pheonix's reference to Shinnok being Shao Kahn's father, a plot point from everyone's favorite turkey Mortal Kombat Annihilation, and also a plot point that is 100% non existent in the universe of the MK video games.
And in doing so, no offense was intended towards pheonix (a user I hardly know). The joke was intended in a purely playful and non-malicious manner.
I personally thought I made it more than obvious (not to mention exaggerated) enough that I was being facetious, but then I remembered: this is the internet. :?

My intentional reaction is, even with knowledge of things he still goes and does bad things... Several of the side missions involve him KNOWINGLY doing bad things and still doing them.

In fact Kitana + Liu are basically the only couple offically mentioned... Noob and Sub-Zero, Kitana and Sindel are the only two relations blood wise mentioned in MK storyline too.

^ Pheonix... That contains a lot of useless info considering your responding to my comment on relationships... I was listing offical relationships, all the ones you listed are speculations, misunderstandings, friendships and groups.
Of course friendships are a relationship... I just didn't list them because you can't tell the exact ones... Allies and friends are two different things with two different meanings, hence why I didn't list them. We know who is allied with each other but not who is friends. A few are obivous Liu Kang and Kung Loa for instance...

In fact the only clue as to anything about a relationship between the two is given (I pulled this off that link, BTW that doesn't allow direct linking):
Only time I've seen in the games anything to suggest the two are alike in any way. Its in MK
eceptions mode as you enter Outworld for the first time. Other then that there is no mentions of any relationship between the two. However... It wouldn't be the first time the games have adopted stuff from the movies. We'll have to see if this relationship is ever made offical.

Goro has 7 wives not seven children. Wouldn't have thought Goro was the stud of the Shokan... In fact... Just scary.
I think Shujinko had too many dreams and ambitions when Damashii approached him. He was young, naive and foolish. He never got to do any of them. I think he was bought the moment Damashii said 'How about your friend, the one who likes the play as Shang'. If he had said no, Damashii would of just gone after another person anyway (who says he hadn't tried it on someone already anyway).
Though you still got to wonder... If Monster attacked Shujinko claiming to be the champion, why didn't shujinkoput 2 and 2 together...? And how comes after Monsters failure the Elder Gods didn't do something else? Instead they waited another 40 years to send Scorp's after Shujinko. But I suppose if you consider the Gods are ageless and one day is properly like one minute that was fast.
I suppose part of the reason could of then be put on the Elder Gods shoulders for not interferring... Yeah I know its their rule not to interfer... But this time, it didn't help them. But Shujinko is still the village idiot...

Could you quote where it says Shinnok and Raiden are bros? I have read that at least 10 times before you posted it, and I have re-read the story section. I have yet to see it say that. I also read Raiden's and Shinnok's bio's, and they say nothing about either. Please and thank you
