Lol I kid. I had to write an epic for English class and I figured I share it with you guys. So here's my story about Stryker being a badass, enjoy.
Many years ago, the infamous Black Dragon engulfed Earthrealm. The leader of the Black Dragon, Kano, was known for his brutal and cruel tactics. Ironically, children of young age looked up to Kano for his immense power and wealth. This influence led to numerous crimes being committed by the youth. Crime rates sky-rocketed, law enforcement was scarce, hope seemed to be nothing but a mere word. That was until hope came in the form of Kurtis Stryker.
Fresh out of the police academy, Stryker was more than eager to crackdown on crime. Rumored to be the strongest man in his city, the mayor of Deacon City quickly assigned the task of getting rid of Black Dragon’s influence from the once peaceful city. At first, many officers at the station doubted Stryker’s ability to rise up against the Black Dragon. However, Stryker abolished their doubts when he single handily stop an armed heist at a powerful bank and arrested 57 men. All of which were associated with the Black Dragon. After proving his determination to rid the clan’s influence from his beloved city, Stryker along with the rest of the law-enforcers quickly destroyed the Black Dragon’s influence from Deacon City. Eventually, law enforcement around the world started to follow Stryker’s example and began to rise up against the Black Dragon. Kano saw the rebellion against him and his clan and sought out for help. Unfortunately, Kano found his help from a super natural sorcerer named Shang Tsung. Being located in the realm of Outworld, Shang Tsung had far better soldiers than normal humans. These soldiers, Tarkatans, were a vicious but loyal race who had long, steel-piercing blades coming from their arms. Overwhelmed with joy, Kano struck a deal with Shan Tsung. The Tarkatans would join the Black Dragon clan when the Black Dragon would need it most. In return, Shang Tsung would receive a portion of the world once the Black Dragon had conquered it. Agreeing with the contract, Kano and Shang Tsung had built a deadly alliance.
Kano, having been gone two-week’s time, had returned to the Black Dragon’s headquarters to find all hell breaking loose. Kano’s second in command, Kabal, informed that multiple militaries were unleashing a massive onslaught on the base. The Black Dragon had managed to hold off the following two weeks; however, their supplies and men had begun to diminish. Furious, Kano demanded who organized the ambush. It was none other than the rookie law-enforcer Kurtis Stryker. While Kano had gone off to Outworld, Deacon City’s finest undercover agent, Kabal, gathered Intel for the rebellion against the Black Dragon. With the acquired information, Stryker set out to speak with the world leaders to declare war on the Black Dragon. Fortunately, the world’s leaders agreed to Stryker’s demands and gave him full access to the world’s immense military powers. To ensure victory, Stryker also traveled to Outworld and searched for assistance against the Black Dragon. Stryker was able to find assistance from a neighboring race from the Tarkatans; the Shokans. The Shokans were a race of four armed creatures with supernatural strength as a given. Stryker, along with the world leaders, discussed their plans with the Queen of the Shokans, Sheeva. The meeting benefitted Stryker and the humans for the Shokans were mortal enemies against the Tarkatans. Thus, an alliance formed as the two forces prepared for an aggressive ambush against the Black Dragon. However, Kano was not phased in the slightest. He had an ace up his sleeve, the Tarkatan warrior. Kano had returned to Outworld and pleaded for Shang Tsung’s assistance against the relentless assault from Stryker. Unfortunately, for Kano, Shang Tsung had replied that the Tarkatan warriors were in low numbers due to an unexpected attack from Netherealm’s forces. Also, to worsen the situation; the Shokans had organized an attack of their own against the already weakened Tarkatans. Livid with the outcome, Kano had to return his clan empty handed. For the next three days, the once invincible Black Dragon was beginning to abolish from the world. Stryker saw the Black Dragon’s defenses beginning to weaken and took it upon himself to deliver the final blow. Along with a special task force of the world’s best-trained law-enforcers, Stryker and his team set out for the Black Dragon’s main headquarters. In the dead of night, Stryker, and his task force infiltrated the enemy’s base and launched a surprise attack. Once the foot soldiers were taken of, the task force made their advancement to the top of the roof where Kano was supposedly waiting. However, they did not make it to the roof due to the interference from one of Kano’s powerful minions Tremor. Armed with two seismic gloves and a suit that could cause earthquakes, Tremor made short work of Stryker’s task force. It was a hard battle fought as Stryker was outmatched by the strength and speed of Tremor. It seemed to be no hope for Stryker as his wounds begun to set in. Victory seemed granted for Tremor as he jumped in the air and followed up with his Gaia Finisher. Not enough energy to dodge the attack, Stryker involuntarily held up his arms, caught Tremor’s gloves, and stopped him in his tracks. Wasting no time, Stryker turned around, threw Tremor over his shoulder, and sent him out the window of the Black Dragon headquarters where Tremor fell to his death. With the unnecessary obstacle out the way, Stryker set out for his final challenge, Kano.
On the roof of the base, Kano had awaited Stryker’s arrival. Kano was armed with two of his butterfly knives and nothing more. Respecting Kano’s challenge, Stryker threw his gun to the side and grabbed his Swiss Army knife from his ankle sheath. The only dialogue between the two was the sound of the fierce fighting. The slashing of knives through the air, the fierce strikes to the body and the starving of victory truly made it an epic showdown. However, a showdown such as this had to end. Fatigue had taken control of each fighter’s body and it was up to one more move. Stryker took all his remaining energy and rushed Kano. Kano mustered up his remaining energy and did an upward slice at Stryker’s head. Although Stryker had managed to receive the direct impact, the knife still slashed his right eye. However, Stryker still moved in for the kill. While Kano’s arm was still suspended in the air, Stryker took his knife and stabbed Kano in the armpit. Without letting up, Stryker took his taser from his waistband and placed it under Kano’s chin with a high intensity setting on. For the final blow, Stryker removed the knife from Kano’s armpit, flipped it in the air and slashed Kano’s throat. Kano, as strong as he is, did not die an instant death. “You think this is the end? This is the mere beginning! You may have killed me, but my influence shall live on!” Having heard enough, Stryker withdrew his spare handheld pistol from his waistband and made a speech of his own. “Kano it is over. Your line of work was the devil’s work that had to be extinguished. Your influence will die out as soon as word hits that you have died. The world would be a much better place without you.” Stryker unloaded his clip into the former Black Dragon leader. Before Stryker took his leave he added, “Besides, you’ll have plenty of followers in hell.”
Thus, our epic concludes. Stryker, once rookie cop, became President of the United State without trouble. During his presidential term, Stryker had managed help his country, and the whole world also by making the world one unified place. The Shokans made the Tarkatans beg for mercy against the destruction of their homeland. Instead, the Tarkatans would be rewarded slavery instead of death. As for the Black Dragon clan, they were easily hunted down and is no longer a factor. Before death, people asked why the rookie cop performed such a task on his first day. Stryker responded, “I was just doing my job.”
