scorpion has no hope. just like he didn't when subzero killed im the first time. SUB ZERO IS SUPREME!!!!!

dude you really don't know my mom. scorpion would get his ass kicked. he'd leave with a couple black eyes. no nuts and some heavy self esteem issues. I seen what she can do to people and it ain't pretty. lol !!!seriously it ain't
 
Hmm, not to put a bit of a kink in your guy's idea about Quan Chi not involved, in this game he still is responsible and I know why.

It all comes down to why Scorpion and Noob Saibot are alive. Spirits that can't rest because of a wrongful death. Scorpion came back because he was manipulated into a confrontation with Subzero by quan chi and vice versa for subby. When subby got killed and brought back it was because again of Quan Chi's manipulation.
Quan Chi killed Scorpion's clan and family and pinned it on Sub Zero and his clan.
Quach chi's treachery is the reason for them both coming back from the grave and of course karma. Karma can attack you in any way, but what if your a powerful sorcerer and pretty much could not die or be touched? You bring back the manipulated ones and let fate direct them to the culprit responsible for their suffering.

I noticed that the name "Noob Saibot" was mentioned in Sub Zero's bio, which leads me to say you see the name Noob Saibot, Quan Chi is involved.

i really dont understand how you think subzero is so great..... Scorpion is the definition of badass. Sub can go make a snow-man
 
Friggin right he can make a snow man! and keep it solid in 90 degree weather. thats pretty impressive. all scorp can do is throw chains and breath fire. WORST NINJA POWERS EVER!!!!!

It basically boils down to sub zero won in the first place and scorpion is just a sore loser. I've already had this debate before so let me make it easy for you, in the end I win. Subzero is the superior assassin. just face it.

If ya really wanna know why I think scorpion sucks its because he's just another generic, cliche guy come back from the dead for revenge. kind like Spawn or Ghost Rider or Goku or Kenshiro or the hundreds of other characters that have done the same thing. Oh wait! He throws chains with spear tips on them so he's better. silly me what was I thinking. LMAO!!! Sub zero FTW!!!!

PS: all of the characters I compared him to would own his yellow hide especially Kenshiro. also yellow is a coward's color.

EDIT: I was on the run this morning so I did not get to properly clear this up so I will do so now. If you guys want to debate on who you think is better, that is fine, but personal insults are not allowed. Keep it cool and all will be good =)

i dont even understand how sub-zero could be talked about right now. when this thread is obviously for scorp. Well when mk9 comes out ill show you why scorp is badass. And i never say a character is better then another. To be honest i never even liked scorpion until this mk. JC was always my fav.... lol cocky asshole ill love to see his bio video

I always hated the idea of Quan Chi being involved in Scorpion and Sub Zero's story, in MK 4.
For me, MK 4 ruined the Sub Zero / Scorpion plot.
 
I thought that the bio was alright but I wasn't completely impressed. I wish it was long with some dialogue. Maybe someone could explain what the hell was going on in the animated scenes.
 
I am very much happy with that little snippet Bio vid for Scorpion! Also if the Motion Comic that was shown in Scorpions Bio is going to be for each character with and Intro and Ending then i am once again very muched pleased. Its way better than just showing a still picture with a voice over. But i must say i would still love to see High Quality CGI Intros and endings one day for MK! but for now, I am very much pleased lol!
 
I actually wouldn't mind if this was a preview of the comic style endings that are gonna be in the game.. As for having them full CGI, I would like that, but we're supposed to have over 3 hours of that in the story mode.
