Scarlett and future DLC characters $5 each

Don't call me troll or anything but I think Skarlet shouldn't cost anything. She has been worked on since before launch and some of her content is techniquely on the disk. Other than that, I don't think 5 is too expensive, especially since the probably won't come out at the same time. You can expect Kenshi probably early July and the other two August at the latest

The only thing on disc about her is her model, but I agree. If they hinted Skarlet and even showed picks of her in magazines, that means they were already working on her.
Nevermind, I'll pay the 5 bucks

I'm just glad to hear Rain finally confirmed. I'm a bit disappointed the characters cost $5 though. That's a bit too much. I mean, $20 for 4 characters? $5 for two characters would be a lot better. I'll still buy her and the rest of the DLC characters though.

yea, I think they should have released Skarlett and Kenshi together in one pack, and Rain and ????? in another pack as well.

sorry if it sounds greedy, or expecting too much, but having only 1 character at a time is kinda boring and causes some people to loose interest. Especially having Skarlett as the first one released considering theres not much of a hype or fanbase for her, unlike Rain, Kenshi.

They may be spacing out the DLC character releases the way they are because each time a new character is getting close to release they can start the hype machine again and draw people back into the game. Just when someone starts getting a bit tired of the game, they're given a new character to download, test out, and possibly master for still more time plugged into the game. Or if someone's let MK9 sit for awhile then the release of a new character could be a reminder to them that there's a badass fighter that they've been neglecting of late and that the game has also gotten a bit better (new character, possible patches) since the last time they played.
