That's what I loved about SF4! It was old school but with a new, polished look to it.
I really hope MK took note of SF4 and decides to go back to it's roots. I would smile forever.

I wish they can continue the plotline from MK:A. Like, all the characters are there, there was a big battle. So what's the outcome? What happens next in the world of Mortal Kombat? Are the realms destroyed or saved? Who defeated Blaze? Does Liu Kang get ressurected and Raiden put back on the path of good? Will Shao Kahn's reign of terror finally cease? So many questions unanswered. Personally, if they don't continue it, I am never playing another MK game again.
I wish they can strengthen up the rivalry between Chaosrealm and Orderrealm too because I like the concepts they made about chaos and order.
MKvsDC was okay, and I bet MK9 will be even better, but the game just won't be the same if the main plotline came to a grinding halt.

Anyone can bump an old-ass thread, really.
Although it's generally not a good idea, and when that's the first thing you do with your account here, it kinda foreshadows how you're gonna "behave" in the future. Seems to be a really bad way to make a first impression, but I laughed, nonetheless. :biggrin:

Bumping threads is fine when the subject is still relevent and as long as the post isn't a bump just to say I AGREE or OKAY or something like that.
Anyways, getting back on topic....I think this game is going to restore my faith in MK. I lost it once the games went 3D and lame but this installment looks incredibly promising, I can't wait!
