I already have the Red Son DLC but can anyone tell me what Bane costume that is?

It's a badass costume, that's which one it is.

That Joker one is lame, they just added a hat. The Bane one is good. I looked up what that means on his chest and "Harsh Penalty" or "Hard Labor" came up. Seems like something to do with prison or something.
