But sweety, I do in fact know. Not only did Misucra go through a lot of the reasons why it will never happen, but Ed Boon himself said it would never going to happen. They don't take silly little fan characters and put them into the game. They even made sure to tell the whole world that they only see Khrome as a stupid joke. Just look at your sig. You are so blinded by your fanboyism that you cannot see that the reason they made that banner with him was to tell everyone that Khrome is nothing but a joke and never will be anything more than that.

NRS has made JOKES into actual characters e.g. Rain. Same thing can happen to Khrome. From MK wiki:

Rain was originally meant to appear in Mortal Kombat 3, but didn't actually appear until Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. Rain was originally a red herring inserted by the game developers; a character shown in the game's attract mode who did not actually exist within the game itself. A recent interview reveals that the insert was made by Ed Boon himself to intentionally trick players. Many MK fans searched for him in vain, with the eventual realization of his status as a joke character (named after a Prince song, "Purple Rain") dawning. The joke expands further when it is revealed that Rain is a "prince" himself. He would, however, soon make an actual appearance in the console versions of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, and Mortal Kombat Trilogy as a full-fledged character with his own history (that of a traitor to his realm) and move set, to the delight of many fans and the chagrin of others.

The April Fool's Kombat Kard is an NRS creation, not a FAN creation which is what Khrome is. So they can put the NRS creation of the black dude with liquid metal dripping from his hand into the game, that will be their OWN thing, they have every right to do that, and nothing can stop them. And you're LYING about what Ed Boon said, this is what he said "...not that we HATE him or don't wanna do it, but I barely know who Khrome is, I don't know his BACKSTORY or anything". So Ed Boon and NRS don't HATE Khrome like some of the butt hurt people.

It took Tremor a long time to be in the roster. I don't think it will take that long for Khrome to be in the roster. Khrome was born in Jan 2014, fast-forward to 2017 so it's been 3 years now. I think Khrome will most likely be in less than half of the time it took Tremor to be in the roster. If Ed Boon couldn't shut up Tremor fans for 20 years what makes you think he can shut up Khrome fans?

It happened before so it can happen again. NetherRealm like turning rumors, glitches, jokes into an actual character. Skarlet, Tremor, Rain, Ermac. All of them are ninjas and so is Khrome so it is more than possible if you logically think about it.

You're not getting it, someone asked how long is the line till Frost happens and Ed Boon replied, she's behind, Chrome, Baraka, Kabal, Rain. Basically meaning if she's going to happen, she's not going to happen before those other guys.
At least Chrome is more unique than Jade, Jade never needs to appear ever again, Kitana can use her Mournful variation from now on. It would even be better if we got the lady in Jade's ending instead of Jade. At least Chrome has a unique skillset/abilities that being liquid metal.

Unlike Khrome, Jade is an established character in the franchise, so there's nothing you can say to try and make me feel bad. She exists in Mortal Kombat. Khrome doesn't. It doesn't have a skillset or abilities. It's all in your head. Where it will stay.

It's a step in the right direction till we get the real thing. His fanbase is growing and things like this help it grow. For MK11 we will push Khrome even harder. Want to make a bet with me? If your Jade petition gets more signatures than my Khrome petition, then I will buy you a copy of MK11 including DLC but if my Khrome petition gets more signatures than your Jade petition, then you will buy me a copy of MK11 including DLC.

Fujin fans made a petition for him and it had a lot of people in it. And he still didn't become playable in MKX.
Fujin is an already established character in the franchise, well-beloved and very liked in the MK community, and even with massive fan-support, he didn't get in the game. So it's cute that you actually think your silly little fan creation has any sort of chance, no matter how much you try.
