first off,what are you playing UMK3 on? if its MAME,there is a cheat code to enable them.if its on another system try here. oh and rain is only in the 16 bit console versions of UMK3,he is also in MK trilogy (psx,saturn,n64

You enter those codes at the game over screen. The code notation follows this order (you need two controllers for this): (player 1) high punch, low punch, block, low kick, high kick, (player 2) high punch, low punch, block, low kick, high kick. If you're playing on the 360, I believe high punch and high kick are reversed for some reason.

And if you're playing on the Intellivision, remember that block is the 6 key, not 5 for some reason; and you need to unlock Grimace first.
