People are disappointed with Reptile's look?

I really think that this is one of the fatalities that's gonna get MAJORLY re-done. It's gonna be awesome. I have no doubt about it. As far as his look.. ehh.. I've come to accept reptile as a lizard man. He's been like that since MK4 so, it's just meh now.
 
Don't give up hope, Viking_Poodle. Maybe Reptile can just hollow someone out and wear them like a suit of armor. THEN Reptile would be the best of both worlds.
 
i liked his look in MK armageddon and SM... with his bandages around his face...
in MK DA he looked like riptor from killer instinct...
 
I think that his "Alligator" look from MK:DA should be reserved for his fatality. He goes berserk and loses control, his armor breaks and his mask splits from his sudden transformation. He mauls the opponent uncontrollably until they are nothing more than an unrecognizable mess. The end ;)

I prefer his human form to be first.. and then the reptilian one. but the new one's good, I hated the mk4 one really
 
Ever since I found out that Reptile was a lizard with human skin, I've wanted him to wear a Japanese style mask instead of a realistic human skin, with no green on his costume, just black with accents of beige and white.
Mask like this, with the cracks and everything:

How to make MK9 reptile better IMO:
-Darker skin color
-Orange eyes
-Redesign the body costume
-add more scales
-Also remove that drop kick that reptile does. It's terrible. Reptile is an assassin not a freaking WWE wrestler.

I don't really care so much about how he looks. He looks fine to me already. The only thing I don't like is his fighting stance. He walks like a duck and looks like he's having an asthma attack when he's standing still.

Also that drop kick isn't that bad...the only way I can see that move associated with the word "bad" is if the word was "BADASS"

Have you ever drop-kicked anyone? It's pretty awful...

His alt will probably reflect some of these, but I would prefer that he be in full ninja garb, similar to the MKSM Reptile (With a mask, wraps are Ermac's deal)
Save the human skins for DLC
 
I don't mind Reptile's new look either. In fact, the only character design I've ever really been unhappy with was Jax's (Deadly Alliance, Deception, Armageddon). I'm really glad they finally returned to his John Parrish-esque look.
 
lemme say this; i love reptile he was my main in mk2

I love reptiles new look! However I am also thankful that he will have his classic costume.

2nd! DO NOT GET RID OF THE DROP KICK - that thing is sick, and i love it, i hope it stays in!
