An overclocked GTX460 is only 2-3% slower than a GTX560, so the real question here is, why do you need a Quad-Core CPU for an 2D-Fighting game?! there are'nt so many opbejcts or DNP charecters in the game, it's not like an open world game with a big area.
i hope it's a good port, i have a decent Quad-Core CPU but i can really feel the pain of people who have Dual-Core CPUs.
and the worst thing about it is, if the port is right, Dual-Core CPUs are more than enough for 90% percent of the games outhere and developers still dont optimize their games for Dual-Core CPUs!
Oh I agree with the CPU part. Hell I ran Skyrim using a Dual Core at medium settings with a 460 and got very playable fps. But with the GPU side of it, like we said, below 60FPS is not an option, that 2-3% can make a difference in that case, especially when not everyone overclocks. Also that 2% difference could be all it takes to jump between 60 and 30FPS if people have V-Sync on. And we all know how annoying that is.
