PC Version / General Discussion Thread

anyone else having problems playing this on steam?? when i go into single fight it crashes to desktop, and when i try tutorial mode it just black screens and doesnt respond?!!
 
I just don't get why they had to go and mess with a great system

Just allow people to pre-load 1-2 days before launch (if they are worried about pirating, then allow us to D/L 75% of the game)

then on launch night, unlock it.

But noooo, everyone wants to get cute

Well that explains a lot. You bought a replica made by High Voltage instead of the original made by NRS.

If anyone has a fix for this it'd be awesome if they could share it here. It seems to be just a fail of a launch for PC.

Also, am I the only one experiencing the options menu freak the out whenever I navigate to anything video related? Gameplay options work fine though.
 
i've read on reddit that the ps4 version crashes too on the main screen...

i have the xb1 version... hoping that it'll be fine but i'm not very hopeful.

it has nothing to do with the developers for the game.. its a STEAM problem because theyre not releasing the rest of the download thats needed to play the game

Right, it's supposed to download the rest as you launch the game, but it doesn't. So when you try to load the game mode to fight, it can't find the files and simply crashes. Wonder how long it'll be til they get it fixed.

Oh poor you. At least you don't have to watch everyone play it, while you don't have the game yourself. I'd rather have that Main Menu X simulator than my current situation.
 
Yeah. We'll all be able to get the bloody game at 1 in the fvcking afternoon today. 3 in the god damned morning, I'm amped like a coked out spider monkey and can't sleep. Something told me to get good and hammered tonight, start whatever download bullshit steam was gonna do and just play skyrim til I blacked out. I could spit.

It's only a pre-load so far. Try Scorpion and Sub-Zero on Dead Wood stage. Allegedly those two are playable in the Snow Forest in this 3GB version. It's kind of a demo only.
