Modified corn starch

Natural and Artificial flavor

Sodium benzoate

Potassium sorbate to maintain freshness

Malic acid

Citric acid

Xanthan gum

Caramel color

Red #40

Disodium inosinate

Guanylate

Needs to be kept refrigerated too. I don't know why, since a lot of hot sauces don't need to be.
