NRS get your act together

That troll gave me negative rep and called me a sickening fan boy. There's a circle in hell for people like him.

Back on topic: For those of you who think that NRS is just one big group of people that all have the same jobs and the same knowledge and skills as everyone else, you're wrong. And if you haven't figured this out yet, you never will.

But, for the sake of argument, lets assume that NRS is devoting 100% of their effort on DLC and could give a rat's ass on fixing the online issues. The problem with this from a business stand-point is that, with the DLC, most people are going to use and play it online. Not everyone, but the vast majority. However, if your online/net-coding is still ****ed up, how exactly do you plan on distributing your content or selling it to people? No one will want it, because they'll either have problems downloading it (like a lot of people have), or they'll want to use it for online playing, but can't because the connection always sucks, so they give up.

I don't know about anyone else, but I like to showcase my costumes online...not in front of some A.I. in training mode. >.> So my hopes are pretty high they are working on a fix. Sickening fan boy obsession and all. ^ _ ^

Online has lots of weaknesses don't get me wrong, but there are tons of people who still play the game online even with their faults. I agree it's behind their competitors, but it's not like it's impossible to play online. With their current online netcode, they will still make money with the DLC regardless if they do fix online or not.

True, but for the people who are having issues, they'd be at a major fault for not trying to correct that problem first before shoveling out more DLC. By the by, I rarely have problems with connectivity online, which is why I was more than happy to purchase the content because I knew I was able to use it.
 
The problem (for me) is not the online play. The game runs fine. My problem is the random occurrence of game desync and the fact I can't play with my DLC 75% of the time. I just don't understand why they would release a compatibility pack instead of a patch (considering the compatibility pack is free). A good majority of game developers release patches prior to DLC to avoid this problem.
 
Good lord for all you haters out there go play some other game.That's the problem with you so called gamers today OMG THIS GAME IS HARD ***** ***** *****.I'll take said game back for credit and then i will go on a sub forum and start complaining bout some of the STUPIDEST SHIT AROUND GET OVER IT.It ain't NRS fault we want our systems now a days to have everything in them.Then we will complain bout online play here is a idea INVITE YOUR FRIENDS OVER AND PLAY.This is why the arcade scene died in the states OH ONLINE NOW I DON'T HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOUSE I CAN PLAY ONLINE.****ing grow up invite your friends over and game like people used to do back in the day BEFORE THERE WAS ONLINE.
 
Im finding matches a lot quicker now but im getting desynched and disconnected a lot more. And there is ALWAYS a lag, but im not holding my breath for that to be fixed so ill just learn to play with the lag. But the DLC has had some problems, missing the basic features and the group of people that got it for free when the compatibility pack got released at first(me being one of them)
 
What I really don't get is that often times, I can't even choose Kratos in an online match and he's not even a DLC character! Seriously, what's that all about? I've found myself wanting to choose Kratos before too, only to find out that the game won't let me.

I mentioned this issue in an earlier post, and all I got was "d'oh well, it doesn't happen to me, it must not be a problem, stop complaining". THE ONLINE DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY. Just because YOU, gracious and accepting zen messageboard poster, have hardly any lag, doesn't mean that I should just accept that I paid good money for a product that does not work.

But yeah, I don't know what's up with that...sometimes Kratos goes missing, sometimes Skarlet is missing...and I'm terrified to pick alternate outfits, because that'll usually drop the game as well.
 
Yeah, I know. I actually don't get much lag either, but a lot of other people do, so it is stupid to say that. But even though, I don't getmuch lag, I still do get disconnections and stuff a lot.
