New Characters for MK10

I said this shit way back when I first signed up and was met with more insults than I'd like to admit.

I feel like Kitana's wasn't too bad. She could have used a little more clothing and lose the heels (Same for Sonya) but otherwise I wasn't too disgusted.

Mileena's costume on the other hand, was not only overly whoreish, but not very creative either.

I've never heard his foreign accent roles, but I'm pretty sure he wouldn't do a very good Sektor or Kano.
I doubt that they'd change Raiden's VA since he was such a huge role in MK9.


When I hear his voice, I unfortunately hear Taven, but that could easily be a coincidence since Taven is so generic.
Sutherland is a huge name, so maybe he's playing a huge character. Shujinko comes to mind (although again I haven't heard his foreign accent abilities) or maybe Fujin.

I would rather see Inferno Scorp as a alt instead of him using up a character slot. INScop is just an enraged Scorpion Its not like hes Evil Ryu or Devil Jin

Well, Kitana is a Princess...a fancy-ass dress a la Zelda and Peach would be what I would generally like to see out of such a character, but with this being a fighting game, I know a fancy dress is not practical for kombat. Then again, Garnet from FF9 was a Princess, and for all but 3 scenes, she was wearing street clothes.

As for voice talent, I want Kabal to have the Elvis voice again.

Inferno Scorp could have a lot more flame and spear attacks than regular Scorpion. Bring back his fire breath move from MK4, that shit was awesome.
 
You can't tell me it wasn't cool to see him use it as a move.

Idk, for some reason I feel like he could pull off an Australian accent. Maybe Ive heard him do one somewhere???

Oh, and as for Sektor I didnt really notice anything very distinctly oriental about it or anything. I mean he practically sounded like a normal English speaking guy to me.

Probably not Kano though you're right.

Ewww, I hope it's not Taven. I really hope it's not Shujinko either unless Shujinko is HEAVILY revamped. I wasn't a huge fan of either though.

Kenshi? We havent heard a voice from him, and I think it could fit him possibly.

I wouldn't rule out Raiden either and Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot are still in play too.

Something is telling me probably Kenshi though, idk why.
 
Sektor's accent isn't too heavy, but it still seems weird to have somebody like Sutherland do it.


I love Shujinko and I really hope he comes back.

Kenshi is also a large possibility, but I don't know. Sutherland has a really authoritative tone to his voice, that's what makes me think Fujin.

Anyways, I think a female nurse that can heal herself during Kombat would be nice. Her fatalities can be about giving excessive laxatives, making the victim poop and vomit; and/or injecting a blood thinner on the victim, then cutting him in different spots so blood can flow out of the wound sites quickly.
 
Not sure about a nurse, but a cool move for Skarlett would be to heal herself by absorbing bloodstains from the arena floor.

That would be right up there with Mokap and Bo' Rai Cho. Only worse. lol
 
I liked Bo Rai Cho mainly because of his primary vice; BOOZE! I turned legal drinking age the year Deception came out, and Bo Rai Cho was among the most broken in that game.

Anyhow, I was thinking about the woman in Jade's ending for quite some time. It'd be nice for her to use some kind of stone, amulet, or item that can morph into any weapon, especially if she'll possess Jade. It would be cool if it'd have glowing energy on it or be some kind of pa ionic power that can shape shift into weapons.

Bo' Rai cho was amusing, for sure. But I cannot and will never accept him as a true MK character. Unless of course they revamp him for the new timeline. Less vomit and flatulence.

I doubt we'll see much more of her. She wasn't involved with the official "ending" for Jade... Which of course was death by Sindel's hand.

I want Tanya's voice to be sexy and domineering like Ivy's from Soul Calibur. Maybe the same lady who played as Sindel in MK9.

I don't know. I feel like she is gonna be another "mysterious" character that nothing ever happens with. Assuming she isn't Li Mei, of course. Which is also possible if they are gonna revamp post-Mk3 characters.

I think it's a way to bring Jade back if they so choose. The woman herself will not be a playable character, IMO.

Without Bo Rai Cho, Liu Kang never beats Shang Tsung in the first place. Like him or not, he is still a contributing factor in one of the most important events in MK's story, which should tell you how important of a character he is. The drinking vice stems from his namesake; "Bo Rai Cho" is an Asianized variation of the word "borracho", which is the Spanish word for "drunk", so it makes no sense to get rid of that.

I should have elaborated. By "true MK Character" I meant a playable character in the games. I like that he exists (though I will never get over the fact that he pukes and farts as a way of attacking) but I don't like seeing him on the roster. I love what they did in MK9 with him being mentioned and shown during one of the arcade endings... But that's all I want from him. Sorry. *shrug*
