Have you seen the regular finishers? Raiden blows the persons head up even after making their eyes pop out and severing it. That's pretty much the definition of mutilation lol I don't really see them taking it much further to the point they have to give it it's own title.

Im sorry, but I forgot the L for the MULTALITY, so it sounded like mutilation :laugh: and we already have mutilation on fatalities, but it is "mul".

This is Mortal Kombat.

Also, Raiden's MKX Head Explosion Fatality is probably how NRS envisioned it in MK1, but didn't have the technology to do so.
I LOVE the Fatality, don't get me wrong, but it's a revision of the MK1 Fatality.
 
Im really hoping for 2 fatalities, 1 stage, 1 brutality, and a jaw dropping violent animality. Maybe each level has an animal in it that kills you. The jungle hasthe gator, the market has the tigerish lion thing, the snow forest could have a pack of wolves, and the sea level could have a shark or something. Just a thought

That'd be a lot better than having characters like, Cassie turn into an animal.
 
It wouldn't be a problem for D'Vorah though...

I actually would like to see this type of Animality for every stage that has an animal in it.
It would be WAY better than seeing the actual characters turn into lame ass animals, and if different stages had a different animal, then you could have some stages with an Animality (where the animal attacks) AND a Stage Fatality.

The Jungle has the gator and the Outworld Marketplace has the lion.
It would be cool to see a shark for The Kove (as it's now named ;)), and another type of animal for the Snow Forest.
The winner could push, uppercut or kick the opponent into these animals and the animal would maul, tear or rip them to death.

There you go.

An Animality (aka death by animal) that doesn't involve the individual characters transforming into some lame ass animals, and can also be quite brutal.
 
I believe and expect Brutalities Now, looking forward online gamplay, friendships and babalities would be nice and fit players relations.

Of course we should have a playable server...

Some of the fight intros were hard to hear at E3, especially with Ed and the announcers speaking over them.

Ferra said something to Sub-Zero in 1 of the fight intro's, which was spoken right over, and Sub-Zero replied with something, followed by "Bi-Han."

Really?? But that's too important!!

She could have asked "who are you?", "who is your brother?", "who is your cousin?", "who you are copying?", "who Scorpion killed?", "who is mommy little icey?", I didn't know that!!

Some they take the audio, like for IGN, I thought it happened to don't spoil anything, since we can hear in game taunts and punches.

I can't make out what Ferra is saying, due to Ed and the other guy talking over it, but Sub-Zero does say ".......Noob Saibot."



I think the character specific intros are why we don't see characters like Kano VS Cassie Cage.
Probably some spoilerific story hints in specific intros.



Anyways, back OT, as long as the returning "ality" is done well, I'm fine with it.

I swear if Ed Boon was just a little bit quieter i'd be able to make it out. With my system i'm able to get there intro's pretty loud, but Boon's talking gets so loud it hurts my ears.

Anyway I thought i heard ferra say something like "you're not as cold as -blahblahblah- "

But i guess she could have said a million other things. I do think she starts off by saying "You're not......"
Then the second thing she says sounds like it starts with "You better...."

If we could find out EXACTLY what there saying, that might be a BIG clue as to who this Sub-Zero really is...

Or not...who knows.

Oh yeah and speaking of character specific intros.....It looks like Kano DOES have a history with D'vorah.
In one of there intros, Kano says " Still angry with me?".
So he must have pissed her off somehow.

I would like to see "Stage Animalities". In some arenas there can be animals which kill the opponent. This is much better than a kind of "Stryker-turns-into-a-T-Rex-Animality", I mean WTF? Of course there are characters who can easily turn into an animal. I think of Scorpion, Reptile, Liu Kang, Nightwolf, D'vorah or even Sub-Zero. Cyrax and Sektor could turn into a mechanic animal though (like dinobots e.g)
 
well the one ed boon forgot to mention in one of his interviews was animality, and I wouldnt doubt if it is.

This idea has been floating around for awhile and i really like it.

But what is stopping that giant tiger thing in "Outworld Marketplace" from attacking you at any minute?
When you jump off him during the match he barley moves. lol
