Need some advice!

After picking up Kung Lao recently to mess around with, I've been gettign used to using his combos. But I have a problem.
After 2,4, 1+3 how quickly or at what time do I need to put in 2 again. The timing seems so strict >.<
Any advice for getting around this?

If you're playing online, lag is Kung Lao's best friend there LOOOL!!!

I personally never used that string with Kung Lao, so I don't know...

The timing is SUPER strict, I don't even know the exact timing. I can sometimes get it by mashing 2. You can press 4 for the leg throw, which isn't hard to do.
