Mortal Kombat X PDP controller prototype

The MK9 stick they made was a massive piece of shit. Plus Mortal Kombat is just weird on stick because of the button playout. A podcast I was watching brought up that point. Maybe PDP just isn't making a stick this time.
 
Can't stand these in general.

Fight sticks, or controllers. Why try to combine the two? The MK9 fightstick was gorgeous, and great once you swapped the stick and buttons for a JLF and OBSF-30s.
 
Yeah im not digging it. I prefer a directional pad for MK games, plus I have been using the dualshock layout since MK Trilogy so im already used to that. Hook me up with a MKX themed Dualshock 4 and ill bite.

I found MK9 and Injustice too fast paced for sticks. Got both MK sticks and they are hunks of junk but nice looking collectors pieces. They only come out for MKAK as original MK cabs are hard to come by in the UK. Gonna order one of these pads though if the dpad is usable. The SFXT fightpads DPad is atrocious IMO. Doesn't register diagonals half of the time
 
I bought a sfxt pad and I was doing better with that in Mk then with the stick its self. Im going to say it but the Mk stick (IMO) is not all that great. the layout is strange to me I feel like im over stretching my hand just to do combos. Im looking forward to this pad :).
