LOL i think thst Peter Mensah looks like Quan Chi. Maybe some paint and he will nail the role lol... I mean look at him in Spartacus.

He seems like a decent choice. You can always find freakishly tall and stocky people.
I still think Mears could do a good performance.

I think Kung Lao looked alot like Jet Li in MK9.

I agree with these choices. Hardy as Sub-Zero could be really badass.

A simple I disagree would've worked too, lol. Jackie Chan would be a good Bo' Rai Cho then. He's done a few role's using Drunken Boxing in his movies. I really like your choice for Scorpion. That's pretty awesome! Maybe Ken Watanabe as Bi-Han/Noob Saibot?

Sorry Dude, I've just seen that name thrown around so much for Liu and it's like oh dear! Jackie as a skinnier Bo Rai Cho would be awesome actually.

Ken Watanabe as Sub-Zero would fit, but I wouldn't go the Japanese route for Sub-Zero.

This may seem like an odd suggestion, but here me out: He's a very capable yet highly underrated actor (The Man Who Fell to Earth, The Prestige, and of course Labyrinth ). Those who've seen Labyrinth know that he can handle the fantasy genre excellently, especially the role of the all-powerful Magic villain
