I'm glad that you guys have got along again and are back on track. It was kinda sad to watch that something
which started as a good thing, namely to include uKER as full-scale art director, evolve into suspicions
towards one another and then culminate in some kind of incomprehensible rant by our hellish friend from London,
when just shortly ago everyone was superbly concentrated and motivated and you all were making an awesome
progress. As SirSavage wisely mentioned, that's probably the problem of the internet, that written sentences
can be misinterpreted or something may be read between the lines, which just is not there, and therefore, I
think, issues could probably be solved immensly better when you could just have a talk face to face, in
realtime, so there is no room for speculation. This post comes late because I was originally very reluctant in
posting this, as I didn't want to fuel the fire that was still burning, but it seems that everything is alright
now, and so I feel safe now in posting this. Just remember that at the end of the day, everyone on the team is
passionate about this project and wants to make it as best as possible, and you doing this for such a long time
welds the team together, and everyone is integral and crucial for the project. And to be honest, right now I
just couldn't imagine the project without the aid of uKER, he's so integrated in the team and skillful that you
couldn't find a better person for the job. Think of all the progress you have achieved together when you were
motivated and concentrated, and don't let misunderstandings get in the way and impair your motivation. This
probably sounds like stupid psychology, but it is just my 2 cents.
Anyway, good to see you guys pull on one side of the rope again, and please, keep this up!
Hmm, Sub-Ze[]2o kinda beat me to it with his point in his post, but to speak in my defense, I have been holding
this post in reserve for some days now!
