Mortal Kombat 11 Story [Spoilers]

Yes, of course agreeing on the whole "there should be more than one trait" to each character. Tanya is known for being a betrayer, and there should be something more to her than just that.

Like I said though, just because we have one that betrayed another character, doesn't mean that she's the only character that will betray. I'm sure they'll give Tanya a bigger role in the future, who knows what her character will be like then. But as of right now, we know who she is through the story, and even though she isn't like her fourth self, doesn't mean she cannot become one in the future.

A possible "what if" is that Edenia becomes free, she somehow takes control of the realm, and betrays it altogether with some sort of evil alliance that she makes with either a known villain or a brand new one.
 
I think the plot will be focused on defeating Raiden and Liu Kang. Kenshi's ending might be a canon, as well as Scorpion's, Subzero's, Raiden's, maybe Sonya's and Ermac's. Kotal Kahn might be executed by Raiden. Then, Li Mei will lead Outworld's rebellion against Raiden. Because, Li Mei is an ally of Earthrealm, will be allied with them. Raiden will be allied with Shang Tsung and Liu Kang. Shang Tsung and his Mileena army will fight the Outworlders. Raiden will fight the Earthrealmers with the help of Netherrealm. Scorpion will beat Raiden with his new powers. Kung Jin, Kenshi, Taven, and the others will bring back the revenants back to life. Then, Onaga, suddenly, takes off the spotlight.
 
I love the sound of Edenia possibly having a bigger in role in the next MK game, but my only concern is how it will work with the leadership roles. If Liu/Kitana are the King/Queen (or whatever) of the Netherealm, and they want to invade and take Edenia, where does Sindel stand in all of this? She's on their side, yet Edenia belongs (belonged) to her not Kitana. So that could cause conflict between them again.

But i like the reversal effect that instead of Tanya betraying Edenia, she's trying to take it back from the evil ones this time around. I'd quite like to see Sindel brought back on the good side and go up against Kitana to keep Edenia.
 
I kinda doubt the revenants can be brought back to be honest, I think they're too far gone now. Especially Kitana and Liu Kang, anybody notice that they have red glowing eyes in their Dark Emperor/Empress outfits as opposed to yellow like the other revenants? #PointOfNoReturn
 
I think the most important factor is Scorpion. He isn't Scorpion anymore, he's finally a well developed character. But what now? All of his loose ends have been covered. Are they going to open up old wounds by bringing Quan Chi back? How many times can Scorpion kill him before he leaves it alone? Will Sub-Zero be his enemy? What if something happens to Takeda, and he becomes the old fire demon again out of revenge.


What if Jacqui dies, and Takeda becomes the new "Scorpion"?
