Midway has updated the site a bit, nothing too great, actually its less then what they had before. Screens and videos have all been removed but there is a new graphic, and a sound file. Im not sure if this sound file is supposed to loop or what. But to get the sound file click that tiny square within the giant gap between the links and bottom credits.
 
I see it.....save the big pic to your computer and then look at the file as a thumbnail and you see this.

but it sounds like their might be an update on friday.

Oh, and it's not confirmed if that is part of the official logo or not. But really, I couldn't give to ducks :mrgreen:

wow im overcome with the amazing talent midgay have of updating their site with a mediocre logo and and...im speechless. geez, they could have added something tangible like more gameplay videos, character profiles. the game only comes out in a couple of months, you'd think they'd start showing stuff about now to keep the urge in us.

the only urge i have is to go back and play more classic mk.
 
hey, the site changed, there are no more numbers or sounds, and now if you highlight it there seems to be an upsidedown cross. :/
 
I remember back when MKDA was out in the stores and everyone was playing it to death. The official site had not even been updated to include all the characters and game features. So don't expect too much, even after the game has been out for awhile. I'll be going to Gamefaqs for all my info thanks very much.

Yeah, Zen. I'm gearing my self up for a BIG letdown once again, man. It seems to be a recurring thing for us old schooler MK players, don't it. Lol. Infact, I was even playing some MK3 this morning. MKDA, MKD and MKSM's never get played at my joint.

i'll come round and put those games on just to clear out the cobwebs lol oh wait, that means they would have had to be have been played to actually acquire cobwebs from lack of play. which means that what u just said is what im trying to say too DURR DURR sorry had a Gob moment.

It's ok, GOB has that scary influence upon all who come in contact with him, right? GOB was seduced by the idiotic side of the Force. And there is no redemption whatsoever for him. Btw, he uses a 3 button keyboard as his weapon of choice.

Anyways, I'm getitng side tracked here. If that is indeed the "Official Logo" then so be it.
 
Nice catch 7th, I just noticed that myself. Cool looking Zombie Liu in that one, I wonder if they'll resolve his story line and determine whether or not he's dead in MK:A.
 
Very sweet render. The sorcerers eyes say it all. Shang Tsung knows that even in death, Liu Kang will still be a force to be reckoned with in the new tournament.
