MKA Bios

I tried to make the first post titled "Official MKA Bios!" but that only changes the post title, not the thread title. Thnx K1ll.

Thanks a lot K1LL! Here are my opinion on each one:

Kenshi:
I can clearly understand that his purpose is sort of done, but he shouldn't leave OWIA, just because he no longer needs them. Come on, show some gratitude and plus, it gave him something better besides just wandering around the world and slaying great warriors just to build his repand pride. At least, his ancestors is leading him on the right path.

Sareena:
Now this one is interesting. This is like one of them people who struggle with their hearts. I'm glad she's trying her best staying good, but also having a hard time dealing her Demon side. She's just trying to repay Sub-Zero for what he has done for her, liking giving her hospitality at his temple. When she decided to go to the Netherrealm, she realizes the risk of what's going to happen to herself once she enters it. But towards the end, Quan Chi being a hell of a good manipulator as he is, he has finally got through Sareena's head and emotions to get back on the bad side, at least for now!

Fujin:
I'm hearing a lot of people saying that he should be the one who leads the forces of good in the previous games after he became Protector of Earthrealm. I think the reason he didn't show is because like the title says, he stays to make sure no one from other realms who has the potential of destruction enters and harms Earthrealm. If they manage to enter, he will stop them at their tracks. Very interesting about him figuring the situation with Armageddon. AT least that's a small step of taking a big role and becoming a new mentor/father figure to the good guys.

Nightwolf:
Not so sure about him. But taking a role as a spiritual anchor with Liu Kang's soul is a big thing to do for a supportive character. Hope he can find Liu's body quick and put his soul in it.

Raiden:
I feel shocked about it. How could he do this to Liu Kang? Look! Liu looked up to Raiden as like a father figure, a inspiration and look what Raiden did! He's now using his dead-roaming body as a tool of destruction just to protect Earthrealm by any means. I hope either Fujin, Kai or Liu Kang can stop him or else things might get very ugly.

To Glamador:
I think Noob Saibot still wants to rule! I think Quan Chi walked to him and asked if he can formed an uneasy alliance with Noob. Like in Konquest in Outworld in Shao Kahn's throne room, Quan Chi's trying to persuade the other evil characters into forming a temporarily alliance until they reach Blaze, knowing the risks of this truce of evil characters.

Yeah I was surprised Onaga accepted when Shao Kahn said "Former Emporer"

Anyways, I hope everyone knows that the intro where both sides of fighters run at eachother is canon because that scene takes place after Konquest Mode ends in the storyline, remember?

Johnny certainly dictates his bio with a certain..."hollywood flair" doesn't he? Every motion is described in brilliant, cinema-esque detail!

Johnny Cage:
I'm not sure about him and this whole psychic vision fiasco. Really! I think Shinnok is setting him up by giving him clues knowing the fact Johnny is the perfect vessel for the fallen elder god's trap, and purposely losing to the cocky Cage. The reason Shinnok lost is because he doesn't want to waste his time on some weakling, with or without his amulet, when he has bigger fish to fry, like leading the other warriors like Raiden, Sonya, Scorpion, Sub-Zero to their own doom where he does the most damage at. I was surprised to see Cage stepping up to the plate and take on leadership on Liu Kang's absence. That I don't believe!

Man I can't begin to describe how much I love Shinnok finally being a good bad guy! All the other guy's had good evil plans but the story in MK4 was rubbish! Finally Shinnok's true manipulative evil nature shines! He's the best. I agree that he's using Cage.

Just dawned on me... seems like that Shujinko's quest and Sub Zero's/Noob Saibot's quest happened simultaneously in some ways and they both almost destroyed Earth. How did Shinnok get the amulet back the second time?

I think the amulet Shinnok got back was a phony, as Quan Chi still holds the real one. We'll just have to wait until either Quan Chi's or Shinnok's bio come out to find out.

Since no one's putting up any bios, then I will.

Sonya Blade's bio:
For a long time my objective was to hunt down and eliminate the roogue clans of the criminal underworld. Kano, a member of the Black Dragon, had been a particular thorn in my side. I was close to capturing him, but once I heard about Shang Tsung's Mortal Kombat tournament, protecting Earthrealm from invasion became my sole priority. Once Onaga was stopped, it seemed the threat was eliminated. I could resume my mission against the Black Dragon and Red Dragon Clans.

Jax and I came back from Outworld only to find ourselves fighting a different kind of invasion: one from inside our own realm. While we were gone the cybernetic ninja faction known as the Tekunin had grown in number and threaten the stability of civilization. My attention was fixed on this new ninja clan; I was forced to focus all of our resources on defeating them.

The Tekunin leader, Sektor, seemed to have connections with hostile entities from beyond our world, blatantly violating Earthrealm law. I needed to uncover his plans ans stop him. We had one chance: Intel revealed that Sektor was aboard a warship somewhere over the Botan Jungle. The Special Forces attacked and brought down the ship. Jax led the ground team to look for survivors, but he's still MIA and, I'm afraid to say, most likely captured by the Tekunin.

For days, Jax cybernetic sensors indicated he was alive, yet the readings were abnormal. His life signs were stronger, but they were changes in his brainwave patterns. Eventually, his signal was lost and we have no way of knowing he's alive or dead.

We may have crippled the Tekunin, but they will regroup. I need to find out who they were working with from outside Earthrealm. The idea that these rogue groups are conspiring with outside agents is alarming and underlines the importance of eliminating them once and for all. I have to find some way to shut them down.

Rain's bio:
The Edenian race are the descended from the gods. That is the reason for our longevity, our nobility, and our strength. But I am more than a distant relation to the deities of the old. I am a direct descendant of Argus himself. Only recently I have discovered my royal heritage. Quan Chi, an emissary of Shinnok, revealed to me that I am entitled to great power - and control of Edenia. My father hid my identity for fear it would complicate his plans for succession. He favored his sons Taven and Daegon and groomed them to one day replace him as Protector of Edenia. But he foolishly tied this plan to a quest to save the realms from Armageddon, leaving open an opportunity for me to seize the power that is rightfully mine. Though it seems the Forces of Light seek to steal the prize form me, Quan Chi has made plans to assure my victory. He and his allies will help fend off the Forces of Light as I make my way to Blaze. But before this final battle, I must ensure that Taven and Daegon cannot challenge my ascension. I will finish them both before they complete their quest.

Enjoy them.

I know this is triple posting, but its already 10 days past and the next bio is already up which is Jarek.

Jarek's bio:
What was done to me by the Special Forces could only be described as brutality. But that's fine. I can take it. What angered me was that somehow Jax found me. I'd covered my trail, kept to the shadows. But still I was routed out.

Jax dropped me into a ravine, assuming that would be the end of me. It would have been if I hadn't thrust my weapon into the cliff wall to slow my descent. I was badly injured, so I went into hiding. My rumored death would be the ultimate camouflage as I regained my strength.

Obsessed with thoughts of revenge, I traveled all over the realms looking for ancient texts that would show me a fatality worthy of my betrayer. But my injuries made perfecting these new techniques a very painful task. My frustration turned into rage and I no longer cared who had sold me out. I would kill them all-a sentiment Quan Chi apparently shared.

Quan Chi recognized the carnage I had left behind as I practiced my new fatalities on the good people of the realms. He was impressed and offered to help me increase their power and effectiveness. All I needed to do was fight beside the Force of Darkness in Edenia. The means of enhancing my fatalities would reveal itself, and all my enemies would be there for the slaughter. Soon I'll have my revenge. The time will come to finish them all.

Onaga:

I had nearly regained my throne as Emperor of Outworld when my plans were undone. My pawn Shujinko had grown more powerful than I ever anticipated. Rallying warriors to his cause, he absorbed their fighting abilities and shattered the six Kamidogu, rendering me vulnerable. Only the amulet I had retrieved from the sorcerer Quan Chi gave me protection.

But as Shujinko landed his final blow, an outside force simultaneously ensnared my soul and expelled me from my host body. I found myself bound to a rune in the Netherrealm. I languished there until I was found by Shinnok, a fallen Elder God. Like me he was trapped in that accursed place, denied domination of the realms by lesser beings. Shinnok offered me a chance at revenge: I would regain my rightful place as ruler of Outworld in return for my unquestioned servitude. I bow to no one, but I considered his offer.

Shinnok was nearing his ascension from the Netherrealm, but he feared another defeat -- either by his enemies or his allies. He would emerge unchallenged if they were all eliminated. To achieve this, he needed an Edenian half-god named Daegon to defeat a fire elemental. The godlike energy Daegon would receive from that victory would bring about this slaughter. However, many other warriors also sought that power. Should Daegon fail, should some other warrior defeat Blaze, Shinnok's plans would go unfulfilled.

Shinnok was most concerned with Shao Kahn, my most hated enemy. He proposed that I feign reluctance, but join Quan Chi's new alliance in order to stay close to the traitor. I would then follow him to the final battleground and prevent him from reaching Blaze. When Daegon finally won the prize, the kombatants would all be slain and I would be given Outworld to rule once more. As an added incentive, Shujinko, languishing in Shao Kahn's dungeon, would be mine to do with as I pleased.

I did not trust this fallen Elder God. I suspected treachery. If all went as he had planned, I would most likely be among the dead. But I accepted his offer in order to free myself from that accursed Netherrealm. Satisfied, Shinnok conjured a portal and spoke through it. He then raised his hands and clenched his fists. With a demonic shout, my soul was freed from the binding symbol and I was released from the Netherrealm. I awoke in my original body, covered in dragon's blood. Before me stood Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, and my hated enemy, Shao Kahn.

I will pose as Shinnok's pawn and join Quan Chi's alliance. Shao Kahn will never reach Blaze. But I would be a fool to allow Daegon victory. Once I have slain the fire elemental and have taken the prize for myself, I will have Shinnok's head. Onaga serves NO ONE!

Thanks for the covering up the bio while I was gone Mads. I really need someone else's post up there because I didn't want anyone to think that I'm spamming when I posted up the bios.

Onaga's bio is very interesting. That explains why he didn't like and want the alliance especially teaming up with his nemesis Shao Kahn in Konquest and him grabbing Shao Kahn up to his doom in the intro. Very good. I want to know what Reptile have to say after his separation from the Dragon King.

Onaga's bio answers my biggest question: Who's ending(s) were canon in MKD?
By the look of things I'd say Shujinko and Nightwolf were the only two canonical endings.

I'd like to see Reptile's to find out how he canonically was separated from Onaga (I'm guessing it was as a result of Nightwolf binding Onaga's soul to the netherrealm), And also how Shang Tsung and Quan Chi survived Raiden's nuke.

True. Only time will tell about when the bios of Shang Tsung and Quan Chi. The question I want to know is how Hsu Hao, Motaro and Sheeva was brought back to life. I know they were killed in action, but I want to know what's going to happen to them when they first appeared.

Sorry about this, but a new bio is now up, which is from the main boss of MKA, Blaze.

Blaze's bio:
My initial quest was interrupted when I was forced to guard a dragon egg for many years. When I awoke from my enslavement, I felt altered in some way. Though I understood I was created, I sensed something was fundamentally wrong.

Casting my uncertainty aside, I returned to my given task. I searched the realms to find a concentration of warriors with the ability to tap into the forces that bind the realms. What I discovered alarmed me! The number of kombatants had grown since I last walked among them. I also learned that Onaga, the former ruler of Outworld, had somehow been resurrected. I could feel the strain upon the realms and concluded that the time had come: I would awaken the brothers and begin the second phase of the quest.

In Earthrealm, atop of the temple of Argus, I let loose a psychic scream, the signal to the dragons to awaken the sons of Edenia. Shortly thereafter I searched for the brothers to monitor their progress. It seems that Daegon had been awakened centuries too early and is under the influence of some evil emanating from the Netherrealm. I must further assess this situation by traveling to that realm. It seems my task has been interrupted once again. I was not created to interfere, but the time may have come when I will have to intercept the brothers to help insure my quest concludes as Argus and Delia planned.

Certainly beginning to look like Shinnok is the principle antagonist of MKA. Good, I always liked him as a character.
