I think if they release the demo at tuesday this would be the perfekt point....only 1. week until release of the full game....in this 1. week we can hit the time by playing the demo :D...the ps3 user are bored about it.,....and they will die by waiting xD

it seeems like people are more concerned about a demo than the actual game....yes it would be cool to see a demo and play it for a bit but i couldn't really care since Ive already paid for the real game like most people on this site...

Case in point:

Today, i checked the xbox live demo update in the marketplace and you wouldn't believe the stupid ish that i saw....The game Kinectimals (the kinect animal kingdom game) demo. WOW!!! are you serious? They gotta be kidding me, that game came out when the kinect first came out...so that was almost 5 months ago if i am not mistaken.

What i am trying to say is that if xbox does this to old games that came out, and puts the demo out 5 months later then we pretty much got our hopes up. This, my friends, is probably the main reason i hate microsoft.

If you think logically enough, then this can happen to the MK demo for xbox as well. no point in waiting guys.
But only God and microsoft knows when it will come out. Bittersweet.....

I won't even comment about, I'm just sitting here totally deluded by inexplicables Microsoft/WB/NRS-or-who-the-hell-is-responsible choices.... :(

Just call your local game store this weekend or the next and get the FULL game. I'm going to be so much happier playing a full game than a demo which I got tires of waiting after the 2nd week of no mention of it.

It's not that easy for everyone: I will get the game "only" on april 21: where I live no one will break the street date plus I have the KE preordered at Gamestop and they won't let it go before the day one. And even in that case, I have a bad feeling that they'll screw things up and it will be delayed, it happened before.

I am sure I will end up having my TE delivered a few days after the games release. At this point, as much as I'd like to see a demo, I'm doubtful we will before the games release date. If we do, I'll be surprised.
And who wouldn't want to play a game they have been anxiously awaiting for a long time to try out? Playing a sample of what you will get in advance is fun, and builds up more anticipation.
There is a tournament being held in British Columbia a few days before the game's release here in Canada, with prizes and showings of the MK web series as well. It will be the full game, too. Not a demo. If I actually had the cash to pay for a flight to BC from Nova Scotia (totally opposite side of Canada from BC), I would just to play it early and compete with others...and to play it on the cineplex screen!

I still have to hope for a demo. There's no guarantee I'll be able to get the game this month, let alone the day it comes out. Hopefully things work out well for me though.

EDIT (Edited again to make it a little clearer): Some games do get demos very late. That is almost always the developer's fault however. Activision for example. Other games get demos long before the release.

Do you mean after? The Black Ops demo came out just like a month ago.

I said some game demos come out very late. Like Activision with Black Ops and MW2. Though I blamed it on developers and then mentioned the publisher lol.

a Black Ops Single-Player demo came out like 6 months AFTER the game came out, now THAt was WTF
I'm in a game management class and we talked for like 30 min why that was unnecessary lol

imo if the demo doesn't come out this tuesday we might as well forget about it....the game will only be a week away i guess i will continue to play MVC3 to kill the time...and watch with envy all the ps3 demo gameplay....sheds tear
