MK Trivia

UMK3

On UMK3 what is the easiest to get a double flawless even if the CPU is set on 5 (very hard) and you choose master II for your destiny?

On every single character except Shao Kahn and Motaro.

I think you need to tone down the really obscure questions a bit. Questions that are somewhat difficult are okay, but if only, say, 0-1 people out of everyone here could probably answer the question, including you, you should probably come up with something else.

My answer for this question would be "do something cheap".

I've got a question if the last post counts as an answer. How the Hell do you outrun Fujin's final tornado move in MK Legends? I can beat him easily but he always gets me with that move even when I'm running away. Any suggestions?

The answer to my question is this:

Choose Smoke or Sektor and jump kick backwards they will throw a projectile you do the teleport uppercut, combo, repeat until they die....

this does not work on Noob Saibot, Shao Kahn, or Motaro

Pfft, figures, I actually knew that one. I use that tactic all the time. You can also do the same thing with Scorpion and Human Smoke, though, by jumping back and doing a teleport punch/spear combo to avoid the projectile. That works really well with Human Smoke's pop-up combo, too.

I would say the real easiest way is to use Human Smoke and his popup as you said because you can do his popup combo forever. Just jump back, kick, teleport from projectile, (spear, lk, [combo breaks here] d+lp d+hp, jump kick, teleport punch, spear)-repeat. The computer is just going to take it forever and not block and die.

no it isn't revision 2.0 is when that option was allowed

It was in revision 1.0 as well. Thats the version they had at Surfrider Beach Club in Sea Bright New Jersey and you could definately both be the same character.

(Midway was pressured due to the release of Capcom's Super
Street Fighter II)

* Almost all fatalities added.
* Friendships and babalities added.
* Pit 2/Tomb fatality added.

* Kintaro and Shao Kahn were easier to defeat.
* Kintaro and Shao Kahn could be defeated by keeping them up in
the corner with repeated punches.
* Shang Tsung's repeated flaming skull move fixed.
* Reptile's slide added.
* Could crash the game through baby brutalization.
* Doing Shang Tsung's soul stealing fatality against Jax could
sometimes crash the game.

Version 3.1:

* More blood added.
(Example: Blood added when opponent is punched in the face;
Kung Lao's hat throw.)
* Dead Pool fatality added.
* Noob Saibot added.

* Comic and CD offer shows picture of CD.

Something I've wondered about for quite a while, under the information for at least one of the hacked versions of MK2 (like Challenger) they mention Kung Lao's "bone in the hat" fatality being added. Do any of you guys who play this stuff on MAME have any clue what this is or how to do it? I've never seen one damn thing that elaborates on it.

You should hate juergen, I only really asked because I thought he might know.

:shock: "Bone in the Hat" Fatality! You might regret asking. :wink: :lol:

maybe it's like him and kitana are sat down, and he has his hat on his lap, and he asks her to het something out of it, and when she reaches in he's cunningly poked 'kung lao junior' through a hole in it. classic move.

If I had to guess it's probably tied into his friendship or something, since he takes off his hat and pulls the rabbit out normally. Maybe a bone comes flying out or something.
