That's ridiculous, people could just import.... Probably more likely to get it taken this way because that's actually illegal.
 
......jesus, i was thinking about waiting till australian's had it online but i thought it would be cheap, that is ridiculous but still not as ridiculous as some of the classic codes going for $200

i still have played it for only 3 hours i hate not having an xbox 360

sorry for the double post but will australians be getting the patch? i really hope so but i see no reason why they would let us get it since we are not ment to have the game anyways
 
hi quick question would it be better to use your aus psn account or uk psn account to play online? Can you just activate your kombat pass with you uk account and use your aus account to play?

Well, I ordered my copy yesterday from Ebay and it shipped today from Hong Kong. It seems that despite all the shit some people have been talking it's comforting to know that it's all good to buy the game from overseas if it's for your own personal use and that customs won't seize it like it's a kilo of coke and then attempt to fine me and hunt me down like a wanted criminal for being a bad boy and ordering the bad nasty game with violence in it, even though I'm a grown man and have every right to make my own decision about what I do and do not want to play.

I love my country but I swear this sort of idiotic shit that's gone on with RC of MK here in Australia is just embarassing.

Not really surprising though. If you search List of Banned Video Games on wikipedia it's quite shocking. Let' just say Australia is winning the race.
 
Got my Kollectors Edition from Mighty Ape NZ over the weekend so it looks like I have a copy of the standard edition spare if anybody is keen.

The Scorpion and Sub Zero figure is unreal!

so who has the UK version and who has the US version? because apparantly the people with the UK version cant play the people with the US version and vice versa. this just divides the aussie community even further.
 
I have UK version. I wonder if thats why I had connection problems with blackice87 before.

FWIW I haven't had much chance to play lately, too busy with work but maybe I'll get some time in this weekend so everyone can kick my arse.

Yep, and I got my copy yesterday all good. One more case to prove all the attempted bullying and scaremongering from the Australian Government was nothing but ********. Time to enjoy and FIGHT!
