Every character can be punished when they hit the ground after being blocked except this *****. It is ridiculous. Is this working as intended? So far I've only figured out how to punish mileena when using kitana, but still, it is less dmg than a normal bnb! How are you supposed to beat someone when you cant punish them with 35% bnbs?

I play reptile, cyber sub, nightwolf, cyrax, Freddy.. which of these has good combo ability against mileena?

Am I alone in thinking she should be punishable on landing like everyone else? What makes her so special?
 
When Smoke, Scorpion, Ermac teleport and you are blocking, they start to roll in the air and after that, they land, when they do there are like 1-3 frames (don't know how many exactly) in which the character is defense less and you can punish him with a combo, and the OP is saying that Mileena's teleport doesnt have this denfense less frames, so you cant punish her when she lands.
 
I know shes punishable on the roll, but hes right on teleport landing she does not have a punishable second like Scorp,Mac,Smoke.
It really gets annoying when she keeps teleport kicking and overhead kicks to bounce and so on.

I feel the pain of the op.....

She is punishable by full combo of choice on both of those specials. On EX Teleport I don't think you can punish her unless you have a fast special like Raiden's fly, Reptile's Dash, etc. What's the big deal? Other characters are the same exact way.
 
Yes! Unless you punish a blocked roll while its airborne, you cannot land a combo when she touches the ground. Mileena is pretty hard to punish and when you do punish (depending on the character) its hard to get much damage. Also, is she smaller than everyone? When she's crouching she is virtually impossible to hit if you are jumping!?

I also use NW and this is a hard match for him. F3,1, Axe catches a blocked ball but you have to wait when its near to landing. Her telekick is another matter. A blocked one of those can be punished with 2 axes. However, that fails if she throws an air sai. Or if its an ex tele. And of course if u block and wait, you greatly reduce your window to punish. Her ground roll beats his shoulder.

By the way Immortal, grabbing her with Cyraxes lame net and then doing that ******** bombtrap is all well and good for him but not every character has that cheap luxury.

Sounds like someone is butthurt from losing from a Cyrax player. lulz

She can be punished by ANY character, not just Cyrax.
 
I bet you pick his MK3 costume every time huh?

I rather enjoy playing you Cyrax noobs as you all play pretty much the same.

For Mileena's teleport, if you block high, it becomes punishable. If you block low, she'll be too low to the ground and you'll be locked in too much blockstun to punish. EX teleport is safer than normal teleport if you block standing, but if she cancels it with sais, it's safe. And a blocked EX teleport is safe as well.

you can get at least a 30% combo punish as NW on Mileena as long as she's rolling in the air: when she is nearing the end of the recovery animation (spinning in the air) hit f3 2 hatchet, f3 2 shoulder

Just tested it: the maximum punish i have gotten was 24%, when she's spinning, hatchet, dash 1, 1, 1, f32 shoulder

I get tired of Fix Mileena's this or Fix Mileena's that its like C'mon She is like one of the weakest out of the Ninja Females... Give her a break you have to ****ing work Just to get a %35 On someone and if you drop the combo its like A fourth or less of there healthBar.. and All her Other specials are punishable.. So why cant she have 1 MOVE Thats not punishable Just saying...
 
Congratulations, you've made the 100th Fix Thread!

Mileena can cancel out of her teleports with a sai throw and has really "fast, not necessarily good" wake ups. Something tells me she's meant to stay in the air, so I think you just need to change it up a bit, mate.
 
Your problem is silly. I think it is pretty safe to say every character in the game has BnBs that include getting the character airborne and continuing the combo. When you do your normal BnBs and you launch your opponent do you just stop your combo while they are in the air? When you do your normal BnBs does your opponent never leave the ground? I'm going to assume not (especially seeing as all the characters you have put as characters you play have BnBs that include launching and/or juggling your opponent). Every character has combos for airborne opponents, just because some might be less damage than you want does not mean there is something not working as intended or broken. It is just a characteristic of Mileena's teleport that she is safe after she lands, it isn't broken, it doesn't make Mileena unbeatable, it is just the way it is, deal with it.
