Since this game is going back in time,what part would she be playing? My idea is that she is Sareena,before joining the Brotherhood of shadows.


If this doesn't go well,you mods,can lock it,credit goes to other fans who thought of this idea.
 
I don't think so. As far as I know [correct me if I'm wrong, I never had the chance to play MK:SZM] but isn't her original form that of a demon?

I'm sure her looking like that wouldn't give the impression of a horrible monster which caused Sub-Zero to attack Sareena in the original storyline when Smoke and Noob ganged up on him.

Unless Subby is just afraid of women. XD
 
From what I remember reading somewhere, the Lady in Red is

some sort of spirit who possesses Jade in her ending.
 
I've heard before that Skarlett is really:

Scorpion's wife, who wasn't killed but is now under the influence of Quan Chi.
 
Sareena appears in the background already. Not impossible it is her, but unlikely. They do have similar outfits at least.

Is there even enough information about her revealed to say that is who she is? I could see it happening, maybe having a mind of her own, though.

I worded it wrong, I meant to say "theorized to be"...
 
Well, if we look at her:

We can see she is using two smaller blades like Scorpion is, so that theory could have some weight to it.

I wonder what her powers/moves will be.....
 
Is a totally new character that wont be part of the story.
And those are not blades, i read in one of the leaked magazine pics that one of her favourite habilities is throwing knives.
 
Pretty sure it's the girl from Jade's ending but here it's Delia controlling her body.

Edenian priestess in the body of Jade, the color scheme even matches.

Those "blades'' or "knives" are Kunai. And he was correct in saying they are the same "blades" that Scorpion has attached to his rope, well now a chain, that he uses for his famous spear move.

So, the theory could be true. Or simple coincidence.
 
Considering Kunai have multiple uses I'm thinking it's more coincidence than having any real meaning. Though I would like to see Scorpion's story expanded.
 
Kenshi, wasn't just Ermac with a sword. He did have his own background. Though they'll probably make the two more distinct this time.
 
I think she is not the same as Sareena, Ermak, Jade or anyone else, she is a seperate character with her own story which, I hope, will fit MK story good.
