KillKano! said:The shot (I don't care what they say otherwise) makes you sick...I've never had the flu, except the one time I was given the vaccine. It's a waste of peoples time and money imo.
BTW, it's not Bush's fault we don't have enough. Go Rep's!

The thing with the shot though is that it's all guess work. The CDC comes up with the 3 most likely strains of influenza to return during the flu season and that is what they prepare for, making a vaccine to combat those three.
So they're basically charging people for a possible vaccine they need, and most often giving them a strain they've (the people) never come into contact with. Thats why a lot of folks do get sick after taking the shot.
I can understand that the elderly, very young, and those with illnesses that decrease their immunities to disease should take it. However, for your everyday, average, healthy human being, it's a waste of money. Go spend $20 on MAT2 and get something you can enjoy and use instead.![]()

I think they speak for themselves. I tend to laugh when he mispronounces and tends to say words 30 times before getting the right word
I think you're just jealous of a man who's accomplished more than you could ever hope to. As for intelligence, the man graduated from harvard. He doesn't speak well and you judge his inteligence by that and his looks. You are quite pathetic.
As for the vaccine, I've never once gotten it, and I've only have the flu 3 times. I'm 22, and there are over 200+ strains of the flu, it matters not. The point of this topic was to show the absurdity of political logic. But I see this as well is beyond you, prophet.
I knew a smelly troll named prophet, once. I burned it to ash.
Izzy The Lizzy said:Of course the flu vaccine shortage cannot be faulted to "dubbya" or his administration, or the big buisnesses that influence and control America, or our oh so honest Congress persons and Senators, or the FDA or no Government related and controled entity. Politics corrupt in America? SHeesh! No Way. Who cares if there is not enough for just the common folk. All of the important people will still get it. Seriously though nothing and I mean nothing is ever G Dubbya's fault. In fact isn't that was they always are saying. It's not my fault, someone else did it too, we thought the same thing that you all did, how were we supposed to know.?????? Can't you all see that? We have the best president ever. Things are so much better than they ever have been before. The World is such a happy place these days and the Democrats and liberals are just trying to rain on everybodys parade.
