Looks like he has his classic heart rip back. It's not 100% on if the whole fatality will be him ripping the heart out though. As you can see. It also shows Johnny Cage ripping off someone's torso, and Kung Lao slicing someone in half. Yet initially before Johnny Cage rips off the torso its been revealed that he uppercuts the head off, and Kung Lao slices the head off before you slices the person in half.
Either way it looks like one of Kano's fatalities will be him one way or another ripping the opponent's heart out.
Annnnd one of his special move. It isn't too new, but I might as well add it in too.
It's definitely not his normal grab because in Liu Kang's Fatality trailer you could see him do his normal grab. His normal grab also extends BOTH his arms forward when grabbing(just like all the other characters), while this grab is a tad longer reach and shows him only extending one arm.
What does it sound like Liu Kang is saying to you guys?
The general opinion on youtube is:

His special moves thusfar:
Knife Throw- Looks like it could be ducked, not too great of a projectile just like in past 2D MKs
Cannonball- Great far away punishment move and combo ender.
Choke- Flat out hilarious and fun to do.
Kano is shaping out to be exactly like I want him to play.
