don't you guys think that they should bring back the movie endings from mk4 and gold? I loved those! don't you think they should bring these back?
 
Me too i like those video's all of a suddent they started using pictures who the hell want's to see pictures for.They should bring back the videos
 
CG/etc. Scenes take up alot of space some disk can't handle that much. *But then Midway could just make a second disk 0_o*

They weren't that bad. *the artwork is pretty good*

Plus those endings in MK4/gold sort of sucked. (not much just a little such as reptileseveryone always kills him) (still they were awesome)

*After Jarek throws Sonya off the cliff starts to walk away* *Jax appears after he crushes the communication device* *holds him over the edge* *says a few lines yata yata*

Jarek: "You can't do this, this is brutality!"

Jax: "Wrong Jarek." "This is... Fatality!" *Drops him off the edge*

But I agree they would be awesome since they have better hard-ware/etc/. Than when MK4 had just came out.
 
The MK team has already sounded off on this issue. Basically, we can either have a great game with endings comprised of a couple still images and some text, or we can have extravagent, full-motion video endings in either a completely half-assed game or a game that takes 4 or 5 years to get released. Take your pick.
 
I would gladly forgo those short movies and the space they take up on the game disc for more content for the characters or secrets.
 
well considering the fact that they're cramming 60 CHARACTERS in one game with over 14 level remakes(maybe) and i think if they make another MK, it would OBVIOUSLY have enough room in the disc space to have a video ending for all. and they'd rule
 
If they were gonna have video endings in Armageddon, I would NOT expect them to be CG. The earlier this game is out the better (Given everything expected to be included is, and done well dammit)
 
I think the pictures let them pay more attention to the details without mapping out thousands of vertices per model, leaving us to imagine most of what goes on. The pictures have definite advantages, remember the original MK endings were the same (although FAR less detailed). The full CGI endings were really cool but they just take too much time, space, and effort. I would rather have MK:A finished and on the market than wait while they make a few CGI endings. If they wanna make that shit, then they should release a few of them on a bonus disc later or something. That way they can take the most popular endings and make them better, as a little gift you know?
 
I don't mind how they did it for MKDA and MKD. Besides no movies, more space. More space, more things in the game like Deathcore said. I agree.
