Is it because you didn't get Toasty the times you retried it?

I didnt get Toasty when I got the fight with Smoke either... and btw, I setup the game for 1 round on options so ladder would be shorter, and it was 1 round when I played Smoke, thats why I cant remember if it was flawless or not... in any way, flawless+uppercut didnt work when I pulled it once when I was trying to fight him again

Did you beat him though? We still have to figure out how to unlock the jade fight to see if there's truly a reward out there.

I've just beaten Reptile without blocking. Nothing. Maybe i have to complete the ladder. I will do. So stay tuned for updates.

Just tried every combo i can think to get klassic jade encounter on the tower

Low kicks
Uppercuts
Kicks only
Punches only
Jumping kicks only
"x" kicks only
"o" kicks only
Double flawless
Crouch kicks only
Sweeps Only

Pretty much every fight was double flawless victory's played around 30 fights nothing in the background changed that was noticeable.

Edit: The hidden fights even work if you set the game to 1 round.

And there is the beating arcade without blocking achievement so yeah couldn't hurt trying
