I don't think the intro will be as over the top as MKSM was, nor how shocking the MKD one was. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw the MKTrilogy type intro, a few slide shots in front of Goro's Lair.
I really don't know how they're going to pull this one off, maybe everyone in there own realm, then a mystical force calls them into a tournament?

I dont think its going this way,maybe we can witness the defeat of the dragon king bla bla bla...Havik eating Onaga's heart bla bla bla...Than kahn resructed bla bla bla...Kahn asking havik to resruct his old allys bla bla bla...Khaos said:

I said Havik will use the heart to cause one final tournament. By bringing everyone who has had/done something in the chain of events in MK.
The Dragon King would most likely not be able to come back by those theorys/ideas. *the ones above my post I quoted.

2) The Elder Gods bring everyone back who had ties within MK, to fight for the final decision of who will perish...
3)Onaga, has o have one final tournament to merge the realms into 1 whole realm or the "one being".
*But he has to have a lot of souls for it to work so viola.

In scorpion's ending he kills Onaga the Dragon King does it resurrect *SP*
Liu and them? No because the HEART OF ONAGA is used to BRING BACK THE DEAD. DESTROING ONAGA WOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. (His heart is what has the power to bring back souls bodys, and etc.

Isnt ONAGA who's controling liu's friends?to show you how look at sindel's ending where kitana is controlled by onaga and ermac's where it says freeing liu's friend from the dragon king...Sorry for the you need help thingy im just kinda mad nowpheonix said:

Kitana, and Tanya I remember being controlled by Onaga but the others were well... Plainly/partially dead... *Although a few bodys were being controlled without souls*
Thus like I said before it probably wouldn't be defeating Onaga. Since if the body is brought back the Soul is going to but somehow Onaga brought them back without souls? As lifeless zombie slaves?
^I think Midway was just trying to hurry the storyline *Like always*. I think a lot of the events in MK
were Cannon. *since a lot of it didn't seem to be possible from the start*

This is how I think the intro would be like
Background-Ongaga's Temple in flames.
Shujinko: You have lost Onaga! You are not worthy to own the powerfull kamidogus. Surrender!
Onaga-*All brused and beaten* You fool. The kamidodus were ment to resurrect the long dead. Ha ha ha! *Onaga shoves Shujinko out of the way and retrieves all the kamidogus and says his prayer*
Shujinko-*Gasps*
*Suddenly the floor rumbles and mysterious screams and laughter can be heard below. Hands crack the floor and Shang Tsung rises. Quan Chi teleports near Onaga. Shao Khan takes his warhammer and throws it on the ground. Shinnok rises the amulet and his eyes turn purple.*
*All of them do deadly powers on Shujinko. But he can reflect their powers.*
*He escapes the burning Temple. And finds Fujin,Raiden and all the MK fighters that Armegaddon has awaken.*
Shujinko: I have not defeated Onaga yet. But if all of us can work together with other warriors that may be created, we can destroy the evil plot that Onaga has sent.
Raiden:Very well. Let us begin. Mortal Kombat!

I have an idea on how the intro should be (now just vislize *sp* it)
[Raiden speaking the intro]
"it was very clear that the one known as Shujinko relized *sp* that he made his mistake by collecting the kamidogu for somebody he thought he was helping. but he was tricked and decived by Onaga. so thusly he went to the Dragon kings throne to challange him for the sake of the realms"
[then a few seconds of Shujinko & Onaga battling]
"Onaga had grown weak, but I knew that Shujinko was to much of a mortal for him. so I knew only a person like myself could defeat him so I knew wut I had to do"
[Raiden temporaily knocks out Shujinko]
"but I soon began to realize there was more to this than once thought..."
[shao khan appears]
"we all thought that shao khan was dead but we were all wrong"
[shinnok appears]
"the fallen one known as Shinnok had returned as well..."
[then the four began battling]
"thus let this be the battle to end it all"
[end intro with a flame prentending 2 cover the screen with the mk logo]

okay i just thought f one yesterday. its quite long. and it begins with....
intro begins in netherrealm. a shadowy figure, quan chi, is creeping along the horizon. in front of the camera appear the followuing-hsu hao, kobra, baraka,motaro,kintaro,sheeva, and reptile. they watch quans movements. chi opens a portal, looks around, and leaps in. with many grunts, cries and yells, the party run forward and all leap in the portal. soon drahmin and moloch appear before the portal. they hesistate, but are knocked in by kano who cannonballs into the portal. then the scene goes to outworld, just outside onaga's temple. shujinko and bo rai chio march for ward, leading the earth warriors-kang,lao,jade,kitana,ermac,sindel,sonya,jax,cage,cyrax,kenshi,stryker,sub zero and rain. shujinko aLONE ENTERS THE TEMPLE to find onaga in the entrance hall. he tells him his conquest is at an end. onaga laughs and a tarkatan militia appear. shujinko yells and the warriors enter. both sides run toward s 1 another and-right before they collide the wall is blasted apart by havik and shao kahn. they step away and all the former generals run in- kano, sheeva, goro, kintaro, motaro, and reptile. then shokan pour in behind them. everyone begins battle.

Heres my prediction/introduction/summary:
The Elder Gods will hold one more fanatical tournament to determine the Mortal Kombat Champion. After this tournament, the elder gods will be destroyed in an implosion of the realms and gods. The implosion will destroy all but the selected characters because Raiden is more human than god.
The Next Tournament will start fifty years later. Raiden Will have white long hair (no hat) with bluish eyes. His staff will be gone, and he will have pretty much the same outfit.

That's alright, but not in a good way. I thinks this is how my intro for MK:A will look like:
First, the battle will take place at the Chamber of Artifacts between Ermac and the spirit of Liu Kang against Sonya Blade, Johnny Cage, Kitana, Kung Lao and Jax. While Ermac is holding off against them and the spirit is freeing them from Onaga's control, the fight now takes place at the throne room between Shujinko and Onaga. Shujinko fought well against Onaga, but due to his old age, he wasn't able to overpower him and lost to the Dragon King. Before Onaga could finish him off, Shujinko threw a kamidogu to force Onaga to get it in order for himself to retreat. Back at the Chamber of Artifacts, Liu Kang's comrades were free from Onaga's spell and Ermac leads them a way out of the Temple to safety. Now that Onaga has the document of merging the kamidogu into one, he chants the spell and all 6 kamidogu start to begin the merging. As they merge into one, something from below the ground begins to rises up and roars as he has been reborn. It is the One Being. Before all life begin to cease existence, they have a chance of saving themselves by competing in one last Mortal Kombat tournament in which is all or nothing. As of now, the battle of the realms will soon become fatal between good and evil, as life starts to tick away.
