if you were allowed to make one character for dlc what kind of character would you make and why:)

i would love another ninja who has the power of the sun and has 2 butterfly knives and would be half god half human he would be an offensive character with many offensive capabilities but few defensive ones i dont know what to name him but what about Ra and the ninja would be a bit egyptian like? what do you guys think!?:D
 
Interesting idea I was thinking of a white yet transparent ninja named ghost could be one of scorpions fallen clan give him a kitana sword and a major speed advantage and he would be untouchable or take that same idea but female and call her Angelica trained by the elder gods to hunt down scorpion in this case
 
Ermac's got the Egyptian look down pact in MK9. Though I feel the Sun element's already been played enough through Fire (Scorp, Shang).

To me, Rain and Fujin would komplete the kast for me.

hmm good question you know when people open butter flyknives?

it would be like FINISH HIM and he opens both of his butterfly knives and would stab out of his eyes teleport behind him and kick him to the ground then stab his throut stuck to the ground then go and take his legs and rip the rest of the body of so the head would be stuck to the ground and he would hold the rest of the body... haha had to come up with something


his specials what about his procectile he would call in a litle firebird you know like a phenix
he would have butterflystab wich would be a comboender
he would have a stun move that he would blind his oponent with the light of the sun
then he would have a teleport like Noobs but would take out hise knives and stab him in stead of slaming him into the ground
then mabey a slide move and if it hits he would do a couple of butterfly knives stabs:)

haha i am really bored atm but please tell me if you like this idea and feel free to share your creative thinking aswell;)

sound kind of cool and the name ghost would make me want to try the character out!!

im not talking about fire i am more talking about light if you know what i mean:P
 
Yeah I just think more of scorpions clan would balance with the Lin kue story wise and mk needs a more traditional ninja so ghost kills two birds with one stone

totally agree with you and i like the katana idea and and he would get the name ghost becouse no one knows his identedy then?
 
i want a technology based pirate kinda character, a bit more technology than kano but less than the cyborgs, i will worry about the little details later, good thread btw

good idea never tought some one would come up with a pirate character!:) but what kind of guy we talking about he has a pirate hat or just one eye or more of a modern day pirate?

scorpion and subzeros souls become intertwined resulting in a schizophreniclike ninja with power over both fire and ice. due to the volatile nature of these two sworn enemies being thrust together as one being his mind is fractured and paranoid having two different personalities each one believing the other to be chasing him (and also unaware that it is in fact himself). one is violent and afraid, almost maniacal, the other is more brooding.

either way he has control of both fire and ice. his weapons would be a chain similar to scorpion except its a claw rather then a dagger at the end. and instead of pulling the target to him, he pulls the target in the air as the same time he jumps in the air for a midair collision. he can also summon a sword like sub zero except it is in fact two swords, made out of ice and on fire at the same time, obviously this means they melt relatively quickly so instead of breaking them like subby does his sword, they melt.

his fatality could involve him summon one of those swords but its just ice (no fire) then he impales the person with it, then he summons the fire in a blast form which rips thru the impaled section, leaving a smoldering bubbly hole where he impaled the enemy.

for specials give him at least one freeze move that has the option to instead of just using it to generate a combo, also has the option to snap his fingers (while the enemy is frozen) and the frozen target gets set on fire. he should have a teleport punch, but instead of scorpions, make him appear beneath the target for a uppercut, a powered up (one bar) version could be used to start a combo maybe (makes it a juggle).

he should wander outworld and maybe earthrealm aimlessly trying to figure out who he is and whats chasing him, allying himself with however he believes could help him discover these things.
 
That and becuase like scorpion he's dead but no ghost like powers that's shang and quan chis stuff ghost would reflect more in the street term meaning gone hence the blazing speed for specials I'm thinking teleport like human cyrax minus the smoke and as fast as raidens with the ability to be comboed after a dash like kabals and a sword dash kinda like barakas blade dash but again faster

thnx for the comment and a real cool idea i like the idea of summoning 2 swords 1 fire and 1 ice and that fatality would look awsome and i would defnently give this character a try if it was in the game:)
 
Better idea for ghost a bomb like smoke but with the ability to stun you in place and with 4 quick options like Kung Laos based off a near instant teleport above you when the bomb hits option 1 downward sword knocking you to the floor 2 slash that pops you up 3 he switches places with you slashing as you fall 4 a throw like noobs all options avoidable simply by matching buttons with those used to perform said moves
 
A monkey called assassinape, his moves would consist of parrys and grapples with a teleport move. his x ray would be simian rage and would involve three assassinape clones gang beating the crap out of you. his first fatality would involve him ripping his wife beater off and growing to the size of a silver back gorrilla and mauling the opponent to death. the second he would summon an army of crimson samurai gorrillas to mutilate you. in his ending he is deemed too awesome to exsist in any realm as he is so assassinape is transformed into a giant golden ape god who proceeds to enslave all realms so they can be ruled under his stern ape justice

Powers: it has to be an element like light (white ninja), earth (brown ninja) or wind (white ninja).

But a really cool one would be a ninja with blood powers (we know skarlet is blood based but seems she doesnt have blood powers)

Bloodball: (signature projectile move) He throws a blood ball (like sub's iceball) that hits the opponent.
Blood shot: (stun move) He throws blood to his rival and blinds him.
Bloody-port: (teleport move) A blood pound appears under him and he teleports to the other side appearing from a blood pund too.
Red geiser: (anti air move) A blood blast pop ups from the ground hitting the oppontent.

thank you, i think my idea is a bit too much like Kano but Kano is a mercenary, some kinda hook for a hand(massive one) and the other hand should be some kinda projectle/weapon, the character should be very scruffy looking, the kinda character that focuses on trickery, maybe a pirate Shokan so two arms can be used for grabbing and one can have a hook and another can have a weapon that fires a projectile and grenade.
