I think I just got beat by a lag switch

I was playing KOTH in injustice (PS3)when I came across a room with a level 57 player who seem unbeatable. I realize it's online and shit lags like hell to begin with but something about this felt different. I picked my main (killer frost)and prepared to have a crack at his 7 win streak.. anyway the match seemed pretty normal up to the last bit of health. All the sudden the game slows down when I go in on his batman the screen pauses for a second next thing I know my frost is dead. I'm pissed and wondering what the hell just happened? I leave the KOTH lobby to check this person win loss ratio turns out it's 9998 wins and only 3000 losses at level 57!! Ironically most people don't reach those kind of wins unless they're boosting or level 90 or higher. What makes me think it's a lag switch is when other players would fight him. The fight would get to the wire and low and behold the game would lag at the last second causing them drop a combo and lose. I can't remember the psn I think it's kiilik or something like that but I'm not sure but if you come across him let me know if it lags for you too!

Why are you pissed? He's just a chump who used some type of exploit to beat you. Guys like him are one of the reasons why online doesn't matter.

I was pissed at the time because the match was down to the wire but I didn't know he was using a lag switch. It wasn't until I checked his stats that I realized he was exploiting the game. This was the first time I delt with a lag switch (I sure I've fell victim to it before without realizing it) but it's rare in fighting games. Anywho whatever....... it's so sad to see people play this way. Online koth is such a joke.

Exactly why I HATE online Trophies/Achievements!

You shouldn't have to rely on other people/factors when getting Trophies. I'm no Trophy hunter but for the games I really enjoy, I try and complete as many as possible. I really hope NetherRealm overhauls the way they implement their trophies. Mortal Kombat was ridiculous!!
