who is your personal hopefuls to return ti armegeddon and how can they cintribiute to the story. personally i want stryker to come back and as for the story i belive he can be a new member in the O.W.I.A.
 
I wouldn't mind it if Nitara came back, although I doubt she will. her ending kind of wrapped up her whole character.

Other than that, besides the basics, i'd like some new characters that have REAL DEVELOPMENT, not ones that reallydon't fit in the story

meh. I want Hotaru back too...he was hot.
 
I wish for hotaru, Kenshi, ermac, sub-zero, stryker, nitara, any of the robots, scorpion, rain, pretty much anyone. I agree with Dis on having characters that fit with the story line. Not one game and doners like we've been seeing.
 
The main characters for sure I want ALL of them back.

Sindel, Jade, Baraka, Fujin, Stryker, Motaro, Goro... Q-Chi and Shinnok (but not in the next game so to speak, but the game after). Kira, Nitara. Can't think of anyone else I'd like to return just now.

why I want Motaro to return - to express more notion about the hatred between the Shokan and them. Or if not him, then another centaur.
 
No#1 on my list of returns would be Rain followed closely by Ermac and (ninja) Smoke as for the newer characters i'd like to see Ashrah come back and if you think she aint cool remember she slaughtered her way out of netherrealm so it'd be interesting to see which way her character turns. By the same token (as they have history) I'd like to see Quan Chi back maybe as Ashrah's nemises.
The original Dragon King from raiden's DA ending would also be good and i'll say Stryker cause he has so much comic potential in a "wtf is going on" kind of way.
What i would love to see is Shinnok raise an army in the netherrealm and invade outworld, that would account for most of my favourite characters.
anyway thats my thoughts. :)
 
The people that I want to return are Fujin, Stryker, and Sektor most of all. It wouldn't be bad to bring back Kintaro and Motaro as big bosses too.
 
You didn't like him before? That dude is actually pretty cool, I always used to think he was just a decent character. Until Mortal Kombat: Deception when I played him he is such a wicked fighter but still with a decent storyline. I really like his special abilites on MKD there pretty crazy!
