Maybe if you find all the Hidden Kombatants, the klassics costumes will be unlocked ?

Btw, any news about HOW to face them ?
(PS:I tried 2 perfect + fatal on the pit, and nothing happens.:gr_jest:)
 
On the pit something probably has to fly by the moon. A new member here name narra or something like that faced hidden noob last night. He lost though.

In the temple, don't use block in the 2 rounds, and Noob has to be present in the screen, in the background, if not, restart the stage until he is there ..... yeah, he is confirmed one of the secret characters .....

And probably, there is chance that a classic Reptile, Jade and Smoke will be the 3 others, what is boring, since, I was expecting Skarlett to do at least, a non-playable cameo as a hidden secret fighter in one of these secret fights to be unlocked .....
 
But Noob is really darker (like the old games) and he seems to have the silhouette of a retro kodtume...

And OP was there a witch or something passing by the moon when you did it?
 
Let's say that is how you unlock a retro costume, at best it is reptile, smoke, noob, and jade...so what about scorpion, sub-zero, kitana and milleena?

My guess is Kenshi for this one. My reasoning is based on another MK game we're all familiar with. Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks. When you die in MK:SM you get the "Death Quotes." One of said death quotes is "Where is Kenshi? Why is he blind?"
And I wouldn't put it past Boon to use hints from other games to lead you to answers.

Edit: I know he's not an MK1-3 Character. But neither is Quan Chi. Anything is possible.

Also, I think this one could be Smoke. In Shaolin Monks he was found "hiding" in the living forest. And I read on here that someone found Smokes retro costume in the Living Forest, but doesn't know how to fight him yet. (if its possible)
 
Since the ermac skin comes only with special edition versions of the game his classic skin is probably the hardest to find if indeed boon wasn't luring when he said they were all in game somewhere
 
I was hoping for a cyber smoke (Like in SM) Instead of his human retro. There's already a human smoke in the game, and the other cyborgs have Human and Robot. Its not fair D:

And smoke hides in the forest in mk2 but to fight him you push down and start when you see toasty Guy on the portal stage so he could be anywhere
