it worked on my firefox with no trouble.
what I DID like is that one of the examples of 'previously unplayable' characters Boon gave was actually Motaro, and i watched it twice to make sure it wasn't Kintaro. There's still hope...

All bosses have been playable before though. With a few exceptions.

MK:T sort of caused that.

As did MK4, DA *ok so Moloch wasn't*

MK:D Only Onaga who wasn't.
 
Boon wasn't talking about MKT and the home versions of the other games; those don't count. None of the original games have allowed you to legitimately play as the bosses, period.

I swear I've said this before.

Except for those certain one so either way you're right.

Onaga, and a few others weren't playable without cheating.

So I basically said you guys were right.
 
You're not technically wrong, it's just that we all have to look at this as though the home versions never happened. You can do whatever you want with the cheat devices on consoles, so they just don't count. I mean, you could even play as Dan Forden in MK2 if you had a cheat device (the game would crash, but still).

I meant counting only the ones without having to use a cheat device which would be for the home-don't count-versions.

MK1: None

MK2: None

MK3: Motaro and Khan

MK:T/UMK3: Motaro, Khan, Kintaro, Shang Tsung (Younger version), and Goro

MK:4 : Goro and Shinnok

MK:DA : Quanchi and Shang Tsunng... Where's Moloch LOL.

MK:D Noob-Smoke...


The cheat ones really don't cout is what I was meaning.
